A friend gets great apple pecan salads there every week. The breakfast sandwiches have been good too. This business is high... volume but it often goes through periods of food shortage, staffing shortage and on occasion has challeges with employees whoare not trained to respectfully work with diversity. If I could give this business a zero, that's what I'd do. Myself and a number of other people today walked away without our... food - literally ran out of time with no hope of getting it. Some in front of me had been waiting an hour; myself 45 minutes.The pickup indicated the order was ready, but there was no one distributing orders, then they just disappeared. This businesshad 4 to 5 people working, but no on running the ship. Sad to see. Since I live in Mesquite, I will go back later to try to geta refund, but those travelers will never return! Do Not Eat Here. Food was Not Hot and tasted Gross. I ordered my burger with no Onions but mine had onions on it.We ordered a... Chili. Large Fries. 2 Classic Burgers. Fries were soggy and greasy. Burgers we not fresh & hot. Patties seemed close to burnt.Chili was warm, not .I couldn't even finish the Meal it was that Bad! Customer Service was Poor as there was lack of enthusiasmin their Job. Friendly, slow, always busy, hence the slow, but the gas ? station it's a part of is awesome.and has other food options. it's a... truck ???? stop. big, beautiful, nice, plenty of parking for all sizes of vehicle's, but the food at the Wendy's is the worstWendy's experience I've ever had. Ate there for lunch today. Not really a good experience. The burger was hot however the fries were cold. Additionally they... were out of select soda pop on the Coca Cola machine. The dining room was clean and the kiosk are easy to navigate. Yes I?llprobably go back but beware of shortage of products. No pictures today. Read more
Went here around 8 and there was no one there I ordered 2 biggie bags and chili. Took them almost 20 minutes! They put the chili... on the counter right when I ordered having it sit there getting cold. Not to mention then they hand us the rest of the food onthe counter then say wait we are still missing a medium fry so had to wait even longer for that. There was a huge crew standingnot doing anything very very bad management of time and fries were so old and cold so was the chili horrible wendys. Read more
