A business associate and I needed a place to eat while passing through. The fast food options didn?t seem appealing. We had a... bit of a rough go. While I?m a hurry, the hostess sat us quickly. We witnessed quite a few, elderly people, who were overlydrunk. It was interesting to see. We nearly left after sitting for over 15 minutes without a waiter/waitress to attend to us.Just as we stood up, they noticed and rushed over. Wedgies has a slew of options you would expect that a bar would serve: fries,soups, hamburgers, and salads. They had a slew of drinks to choose from. Overall, the experience was mediocre at best. Not greatfood, not great service. The dining area really needed some cleaning attention. It seemed like every time we needed some help,the staff was on their phones. We went to dinner while vacationing near Mesquite. We didn't know that it was the night of a big local game, so the place was... packed!!! However, we weren't even greeted when we walked in. There was no one at the hostess station, and even when shereturned, she didn't even look up to see if anyone new had entered the restaurant (and there was only one other couple in thewaiting area when we first got there). They have a bar side and a restaurant side of the establishment. We sat on therestaurant side. When our waitress FINALLY showed up to our table there was an EXTREME!!!! language barrier that made it verydifficult to communicate. We asked for a drink menu but they don't have one, so we had to order whatever we could think of onour own on the fly. We understood that they were extremely busy, but it seemed to take WAY longer than it should have to receiveour drink and food order. I had already drank 3/4 of my drink by the time the food got to our table and I had to order another.The drinks were good, but my burger was SUPER burnt!!! I had asked for it to be medium-well and it was well, well, well done, tothe point that the first thing I tasted with every bite was the burnt meat and it left an ashy taste in my mouth. The fries werefantastic! My husband loved his burger, the bun was replaced with garlic bread and it was AMAZING!!! I'm not one to return food,because I don't want the staff to mess with my food while it's in the kitchen if they get upset. We would return to Wedgiesagain, but I would ask for my burger to be cooked at a lower temp and level of doneness. Read more

I fell in love with the sandwich i ordered which was the Chipotle grilled chicken sandwich. I could not get enough of it. It was... crunchy on the outside and so delicious on the inside. If i come back to Mesquite, this is the first place I am coming to grab abite! Read more
Great little place, we stopped by for a bite of lunch after a round of golf. Receipt of this properly, our weight staff was... attentive, helpful, and made sure we were all taken care of. I had the clam chowder, and it was delicious. The drinks weregenerous pours, and the service was great! Definitely, will be back! Read more
The place was clean, and nice looking inside. A little dark, but I expect that at sports bar and grills. That?s the plus side.... Unfortunately, the food was lackluster, the service the same, and all around just not a great experience. The only think we likewas the pretzel and the sodas we had. Food was bland, and unexciting. The server was nice when she came around, but that wasn?tnearly often enough. We saw her to place an order, get our check, and pay. Nothing in the way of refills or checking on us inother ways. 1st time here! We came around 530 pm on a Friday night and it wasn't busy at all. Masks must be worn when not at own table. We... was greeted by 2 workers quickly. We had our food within 30 minutes of been sat down and ordered. It was quick and good. Servicewas great! Food was great! Definitely would recommend! Read more
Pleasantly surprised! We had the cheeseburgers and they were among the best I?ve had. After reading the other reviews I was a... little reticent but the burgers were superb. They were out of IPA on tap but I got the Alaskan Amber which was fine. I?ll bestopping here again for sure. Read more
