The food tasted old and nasty even though there were consistent customers. Fries were soggy. Soda dispenser was out of most... flavors and drinks. This was the worse lunch we had at Jack in the Box. After waiting 15 minutes at the counter for our food, I asked about our... order. The cashier took 3 seconds to bug the order and hand it to us. They forgot about us. The food was barely edible. Read more
Food is good and cheap, most workers are great! I've heard bad reviews about a specific night manager who treated a customer... poorly for no reason. The individual customer was called by the owner days later and was just told well she's not like that. Notthe best response as I saw the video and seen how terrible the manager was. Read more
Friendly, fast, cleanliness is questionable. And it's one of those places where you said MMM. Sounds good. But then 20-30$ later... All you got was mediocre food, and you might find yourself saying " won't be going there again". But it's okay ???? curly fries???? are always good.and good shakes. Read more
The food is good and they do a good job answering their phones when you call but they're dining room staff is unreliable and you... never know when the dining room's going to be open unreliable. The only way you can enjoy your Jack the Box is through adrive-through and eating it in your car or taking it home by then it'll be nice and cold and you won't enjoy your food. It'snot hard to operate the drive-through and the dining room with limited staff. I've done it myself working in a Taco Bell. If youdon't keep your dining room open you're gonna lose customers and eventually you guys are going to go out of business! And Idon't want to see that happen. Read more
This place has gone way way way downhill. No matter what time of day or whether it is busy or dead, they always mess up our... order. The wait for food is at least 3 times the average fast food waits, 15-30 minutes on average, and I wish I wasexaggerating. The food always comes like warm to cold and just all thrown together.
