Came by to pick up an online order, staff said it would be a few minutes. I sat in the dining room for 20 before asking about... my order, when I was silently handed a bag that had been sitting for 15 minutes. I'm so incredibly embarrassed that no onecould give me the courtesy of letting me know my food was ready, despite sitting there in front of the kitchen for 20 minutes. The cherry on top was the staff member that didn't say a word to me and just put my bag on the counter before immediatelyleaving. I was mortified and just left with my $50 worth of cold food. Customer service is GREAAT! each time I gotten my food it's always been fresh They never forget my ranch or sauces.
This location is garbage. The csr?s are useless. They are completely unhelpful and extremely rude. The food took over 40 minutes... and was made wrong. One of three flavors wrong. Left out an extra ranch that cost $1.50 per. Overcooked, over battered, grimygross chicken. It is cheaper to order food individually than in group packs. Useless Manager in site on Friday?s. I have wondered why this place isn't as busy as it used to be. I found out a big reason what kind of wing place does not include... ranch? Well now I know I will take my business somewhere else. Imagine going to a Native or BFW and being told a simple smallside of ranch that should be included is an extra charge??????? Read more
This was my 3rd Wingstop dining experience and it gets better everytime which is not typical with restaurant chains. Manager... Sonia was super friendly and helpful and they were very busy. On my previous visits at Dunlap in Phoenix and Pima Scottsdale Igot either tenders or boneless wings which I both rated 5 stars. This time I tried bone in with spicy sweet Korean and Cajun hotsauces with honey mustard sauce for the french fries. I got the big 10 piece and it's alot of great wings. The Korean sauce wasnew for me and I commended myself on my good taste. So after 4 Wingstop visits I still rank them best wings in Maricopa County. Read more
The wings I got for the super bowl were very dry and tasteless. When I called they said their was nothing they could do?? $28... dollars and the only good thing was there ranch. If you look closer on the pic you could see the white showing on the wings wereit was very bland. Read more
If you love soggy wings shoved into a box that is too small, thus overflowing sauce and grease all over your car this is the... place. That isn?t sauce in the container, it is grease. Soaked through the bag bottom and sides. Could have been avoided ifthey were drained properly and15 wings placed in a large container not stacked in a small one. We ordered unseasoned fries andof course they were seasoned. We used to be regulars but have had our second bad experience so no more. Read more
I love these wings, their new flavor "Hot Honey" is very addicting. As long as you give them your specific requests how you want... the order, you can never go wrong. I am a little perplexed how different chains cook their wings differently . But all in all,they are still delicious! Read more
