I waited here for 50 minutes before my order was called out and about 20 people came in after me and left before me. Don?t come... here unless you want to wait an hour. Website wouldn't process online order after 20mins of trying, had to call. They forgot ALL my sides, that included seasoned... fries. When I called back, was told "oh, it's here, they just forgot. But, come back, we'll give you a free lg seasoned friesfor the inconvenience &it's ready for you". I expressed "I don't want the sides that have been sitting there more than an hour".Was told "No, they'll be fresh". Had to return to location (gas ain't cheap!). Picked up my "fresh" sides that were definitelythe old, soggy original order that I had placed. To add, BOTH sides of Lg fries were PLAIN, NO seasoning. Cajun fried corn wassoggy af. Will NOT return. Pizza Hut Wing Street has you beat Wingstop. Also, disputing the charge. You OWE me! Read more
Ok, my guy loves wings. Last time we came here we waited almost 45min so today we ordered ahead. Got there when it said it would... be ready. 30 minutes later I ask for an update and they gave our order to someone else. They need to verify the name at pickupand the customer can't think their name is mine, I mean it's a unique name. Read more
Okay, so I get it Im from the south where food is alot cheaper, but I feel for these businesses that overcharge people for... everything during this time. I had a horrible experience at this location (Wingstop in Mesa Riverview in Mesa, Az) if i can give it a zero I would. The... employee, Maximiliano, was incredibly rude and unprofessional he had an unpleasant attitude. He ket asking me the same questionthree times after i told him twice he then kept making a pounding noise with his hand on his register, he seemed annoyed that hewas taking my order and i told him if he didn't want to take my order someone else can he didn't have to be rude. This is notgreat customer service and i think they should talk to there employees about customer service and I hope this gets addressedwith him. I truly hope nobody else has to go through this experience; I would highly recommend seeking another location. Read more
Ive been here a few times, the service is pretty fast, the food is Hot and fresh. My only critique would be how small the place... is. It got crowded pretty quickly during lunch hour and not many tables to sit at. The staff works quickly to clean the tablesas people leave. I would visit again, the wings are tasty as well as the triple chocolate brownie ;) Read more
45-50 minute wait time for 12 wings? When multiple people have walked in and out of this store? I went up to the young gentlemen... helping take orders and call orders out, but he has an attitude of not wanting to be there and yet says ?it?s a big order, soit?s another 20 minutes? when other people have orders bigger orders after my friend!?
