Was gonna give this place a pretty low star review because it took forever to get our food but once we got our food, it was... absolutely amazing and totally worthwhile. We got the loaded fries and they were to die for. Just a quick note it looks likethey make everything to order which is why it takes so long to get your food. After we made our order over the phone and waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for it to be done, they called my husband and... said our order was "too big" to drop without us paying first. So they made us come in and pay before they started making ourfood. We've never been told that before and we've been customers at wing stop for years. Our order was under $40! Wing Stop is my favorite place to get wings. This location could do much better though. After literally every order being... screwed up in some way or another I find it necessary to go to a further location. Last order had our order along with someoneelses. We got the boneless wing deal. There's not even chicken in most of the pieces shown just small batter pieces. This is very... different from our usual experiences here. This is supposed to be 20 boneless wings. There are random French fries that gottossed in with the wings. Even one of the pieces came with a piece of clear plastic when I bit into it. Really not thrilled withthe experience. The Genral Manger we spoke with on the phone said basically sorry its the best they could do. Read more
Been coming here for years but definitely the last few times is enough. We place a online order and still waited over 20 minutes... for our food and this last time we came and clearly our order was done on the rack with my name on it . The dude just walk pastit and to the back and we waited agian and to remind him if that our order . Gez man !!! Read more
This place don't accept cash!! What gives??? Like most people, I prefer to pay cash instead of card. Other Wingstops accept... cash as well as card and are also friendlier and cleaner. If they ONLY accept Card payment, then they should have a sign inthe front or on their website!! Ridiculous!! Read more
We ordered delivery so we wouldn't have to go to the store. They didn't close the ranch properly and it spilled all over our... order. We called to atleast get a refund on the ranch since it spilled all over our oder and they told us that we had to go tothe store. The whole point of us was to not go out and have it delivered. Have been visiting this location for years, but this last time may be my last. The boneless wings my family ordered were so... greasy and honestly we were uncertain if it was just little meat, or dark meat in them. The classic wings we also had on ourorder were not cooked extra as ordered and when I went to the location to get my order I stood there for 15 minutes while 6people stood in back laughing and making orders as slow as humanly possible. Finally a guy came up front and when I gave him myname says "oh yeah, that's right here" and gives me the order. Seems like this place is on its way out and hopefully somethingbetter will replace it.
