I unfortunately went on a day when Happy Boa was closed and got the pork belly. I ate some there and meh the sauce was thin no... flavor.....the rice was a wierd texture super sticky ????. I'd much rather go back to Happy Boa. I did bring most of my foodhome and put some teriyaki sauce on and it was good. The thin sauce they give isn't enough. Not enough flavor for my taste! Read more
Everything was piping hot, flavorful, fresh, and delicious. All the meats were tender and delicious. My boyfriend thinks they... have the best bangus. Friendly staff. The food hall got hot as it got later, so get a few extra napkins to wipe your forehead,and enjoy the fresh calamansi juice. Read more
When i moved to mesa from new york, i hadn?t had filipino food before so i decided to try it out. little did i know i found one... of my favorite spots in the whole area, i became a regular quickly. i am satisfied every single time i come. my go to is theliempo (pork belly) with sweet sour cucumber because pork belly is one of my favorite cuts. but each menu item i have tried wasgood. i have digestive problems so the barbecue chicken plate is always a good pick if you struggle with that like me. not tomention prices are great and you really get your moneys worth. wholly grill is the holy grail! Bland pancit, not tasty at all and the lumpia is the size of my pinky finger charging $5/4 for that is crazy. It's not worth the... money. And I definitely wouldn't recommend eating there. Go to Nanays the food is better. I mean look at the color of thepancit and they cant decide if it's bihon or canton so they put both types of noodles. Read more

We got crispy pork combo and the beef bbq and halo-halo desert (basically an ice cream). The dish tasted okay.The food wait time... is very very very long....Crispy pork is actually way too crispy that it hurt my teeth and cut my mouth. Definitely not foreveryone lolol. Beef bbq had a sweet taste and thin and dry like beef jerky so also not for everyone. Three ice cream wasn'tgood with too much ice and not flavorful compare to what I had tried elsewhere. We ordered delivery and they forgot half our order. Tried calling them multiple times and it went to voicemail which was full.... The food we did get to try was incredibly bland and all the meats were dry and over cooked. Never spending money here again. Read more
