I pulled up at 3:30am my food was cold fries not cooked all the way and no cheese on my burger even tho i paid for cheese. My grand boys and I were too my usual spot on Broadway and Dobson.Haven?t been there in awhile, I am happy I haven?t. My usual... hamburger was cooked and no seasonings, it was blaaaaa, fries were like second dipped in the oil, NOT FRESH. PEOPLE just don?tcare! That restaurant has been going down for awhile now with me, in taste and satisfying. I never see the same people. It?s ashame, because it use to be always busy, now we know why. Read more
I had a Terrible experience here. The cashier could not even remember me paying 50.00. The Manager harassed to call the cops on... me and my date. The manager was saying I did not pay with a 50, I had to cancel my order completely. I did not even ask for amanager. No apologies or anything. Do not recommend this place. The manager and cashier do not belong to this classic fastfood place. As they are not an asset. Never had I done a review like this. Read more
Absolutely outstanding experience here. Service was immediately welcoming and friendly. The guy at the register was amazing,... like he was a server at a high end restaurant. Food, just as great. Spicy chicken sandwich was one of the best I?ve ever had. Didn?t know I could add pickled jalapeños to it, and he still went and had them added after I already placed my order. Read more
Walked out without ever seeing my food. Only 1 person ordered before me, 18 minutes later I still don't have a cheeseburger? If... it takes 20+ minutes I could have made it at home faster than that, literally. Best $10 I've wasted though to know not to evergo back to this location. Read more
This review hurts as whataburger is one of my favorite fast food joints. But this is the result of undertrained/uncaring 16-20... year olds. Past few times ive been the wait has been horrendous for ?fast food? 30-40min. And this is the results. Ordered twochorizo tacos. The driest ive ever been given and the wrap job?? The amount of grease on the stale/hard tortilla baffles me onhow it stayed so hard. TL;DR bad wait times lobby or drive thru expect 30+ min. For food that is subpar compared to any of theother locations. Read more
Usually I've been able to enjoy the food that Whataburger has on the menu I would say the same could have been said about the #1... combo that got for my lunch yesterday. However the hamburger looked as if someone smashed it, the patty was old and it was justa unpleasant experience. Read more
Ordered online at 7:50, scheduled the 8 - 8:15 time slot. Got to the restaurant at 8, finally got the food at 8:35. They had 25... minutes... took 35+ for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries!! The food was warm-ish and the fries were just cold. I've had Whataburger inTexas many times, always good to excellent. Maybe they need to come train the folks here. Lastly, I got to watch the staff for30+ minutes while I waited and it was pitiful. Saw 1 guy and 1 lady actually working, the rest... not so much.
