If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is incredibly unprofessional. My husband and I walked in to order and no one... said anything to us, 4 different people made eye contact with us while we were up at the counter but they didn't say anythingand just walked away. We ended up walking out and going across the street to Culver's when we saw one of the kids that wasworking at Wendy's start playing on his phone. I waited for 3or4 minutes to order and in the middle of giving it a shift manager pull person getting my order to pass out... orders. This is not very good customer service. I turn around and left without giving an order. Read more

I always stop by this Wendy's while working at night and the crew there is excellent, especially the manager that i see all the... time. Food and service is always great, they definitely have a loyal customer out of me. Read more

I asked the woman at the counter about that crispy chicken sandwich they have advertised on the wall. It advertised it is hot... and spicy. I asked her if she had just a plain one and she said yes I go OK I?ll have that. It came out wasn?t even crispyhardly any breading it was probably as thick as a quarter no taste. Went up to her later showed her it she goes oh that?s ourcrispy chicken sandwich. I pointed to the picture and I said I asked for that one without the space. She said nothing. We were acknowledged at the order speaker and was told they would be right back to take our order. We then sat at the speaker in... the drive thru for 10 min (no exaggeration) waiting for employee to come back and take our order. Never happened so weeventually just left. Nobody in front of us in line- absolutely NO EXCUSE! Read more

I come here at least once a week. They?re always good. Sometimes they forget my cookies, but they always make it right. Tonight... I asked if it was possible to get my fries with no salt, it sounds silly but it really makes such a big difference for me. Thewoman in the drive thru was so nice about it. Thank you! I don?t feel awful right now from eating overly salty fries. Read more

They got my order wrong when I respected twice. Made me wait a long time for small fry?s. Not sure if I?ll come back to this... location until they get new staff. There?s a Wendy?s a little up the street on San Tan Village that has betterservice. Update!!! The manager helped me. Thank you so much for the good service Read more

I love Wendy's, BUT THIS LOCATION HAS VERY SERIOUS ISSUES because unfortunately this experience is the standard we've... experienced. Since we've not seen any positive changes or improvements, we have to go elsewhere. ???TIMELINESS LOOK AT THEPICTURES. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO WAIT 33 MINUTES AT A FAST FOOD DRIVE THROUGH! We drove into the drive through at 6:01pm &got our food at the window at 6:34pm! With the cost of gas, they should post the WAIT TIME at the drive throughentrance. ???STAFF Frazzled ???CLEANLINESS The manager looked unkempt, which is not a good look for someone handling yourfood. ???FOOD / TEMP Ok ???CORRECTNESS OF ORDER We got the WRONG order & had missing items. Q ???AMBIANCE.   N/A ???VALUE We had to return everything & the manager was not apologetic at all. Even with the food returned & on the counterin front of him, the receipt showing nothing matching up with the receipt, the manager was difficult and rude. But he finallygave us a refund. Read more
