Stopped in to get some chili. I was 2nd in line. Took 18 minutes to get attended.. Had no potatoes available available for... anybody. That were very low on chili.. The gentleman at the front counter with the pink hair seemed very confused and waslacking experience. My understanding is that hes been there for a while but they are lacking some help. Read more

Used drive thru the boy that was supposed to help me was very rude. I tried to ask a question he cut me off would let me get a... word in. So I asked if I could speak to someone else and this other girl came to the Window She said she was deft. But she couldhear the guy speaking behind her that was speaking smack to me. I was having a great evening prior to my horrible experience atthis Wendy's. Needless to say, I didn't feel safe ordering food there. Read more
Gave me a small frosty and said that was a large. 4.21 for a small ticks me off. Lady in drive thru said that is the correct... size. Extremely rude service. Said every other Wendy's is giving out the wrong size. Okay...whatever. Really runny. Not evengood. Read more
Well.... I just want to say, we love Wendy's! But, what happened today is sooooo annoying!!!! We ordered a Jr. Bacon... Cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup and a lot of onion only. (exactly what i said) The woman asked if I wanted mayo. I repeatedmustard, ketchup and onion ONLY! (I stressed ONLY) The woman was nice, said she got it. We arrived home and opened theburger..it came with lettuce, tomatoe and 1 piece of onion! GEEZ!!!!! Next time, we will be sitting in the drive thru openingour order to make sure it's correct!!!!!! Ordered a large spicy chicken combo with a strawberry lemonade & they give you a small one every time yet they charge an upgrade... fee. Supposedly the same 60 cent no matter the size so where is my large drink? Then I get a sliver of dollar tree tomato with amayo drizzle... and they love to argue with you! I know the customer isn't always right but damn! I'm unimpressed. I never havea good experience with this location so this will be my last visit. Read more
The manager had the temperature so cold you could hang meat. Not kidding. Told manager too, but he was more concerned with the... homeless guy getting a free soda. Then I dawned on me that if it to uncomfortable for people to eat in he doesn't have to cleanit. By the way I am a former Asst. Manager for Wendy's 3 years. I don't think the standards have changed that much. But theburger was great. Read more
