I have been to this Wendys twice! Once a few weeks ago, and I waited 30 minutes to order through the drive through. There was 1... vehicle in front of me at the time. I thought maybe they are having an off night, totally understandable even 30 min is a longtime to wait to order food at a drive through. Tonight I went with my family and we waited 30 minutes again through the drivethrough and then went inside to order because drive through took so long. Then waited 25 more minutes inside. There is something seriously off with this Wendy?s. 1. They were ?out? of chili. Sucks but whatever. 2. Ordered a biggie bag... with a JBC. 3. It was 10:45 when I ordered my food, there was 2 in line in front of me, I was seriously in the line waiting formy food until 11:17am, I can not make this up. 4. My jbc was literally ice cold, the bacon was gag worthy, and not edible. 5.The nuggets tasted old! I mean, did you guys just start making lunch menu stuff? 6. At least the sprite is good. <- that?s aplus. Waste of money waste of time. receipt #3035 if you actually want to do something about it, but doubt it. My UberEATS order got messed up and the restaurant kept my name for the next time, so I was able to get the items omitted from... my order by the delivery person. So the staff and manager get a big bonus in my book. However, the customers inside aren'talways the best people. It's not Wendy's fault, but I can't ignore the crazy people in the room, and the restaurant can't refuseto serve someone just because they are an a-hole. So I do pickup or delivery instead, to avoid being harassed. Read more
There were only 3 employees during the dinner rush, so I'm not directing this at them because they got stiffed. We went in and... ordered, and the food was awful. I was missing a patty on the burger, the buns were soggy like it had been sitting in theresince lunch and the frosty was disgusting. For how expensive they are, it's not worth it. Unless that meal gets refunded, orthey actually properly staff their store I'm done with Wendy's, it was dumb to go anyway when an In n out is nearby. Read more
We have been go this location numerous times. Was VERY disappointed in going there today. Soda machine was down, only available... frosty was vanilla they were out of chocolate and strawberry. There also is the rick and morty special burger, chicken sandwhichand drinks until tomorrow, we weren't able to try the drinks. Also my husband wanted the chicken sandwhich and got burgerinstead, also my brother in law wanted combo and he was rung up a burger and frosty.....also waited about 15 to even get ourorder, there was only us and 2 other people waiting on orders so not sure why it took so long. ???? I absolutely hate going to this location. They're always out of the main things on the menu and the service is slow, could be to... a staffing issue. I was there the other day to grab breakfast for my kids. After ordering in the drive thru I waited almost25-30 minutes. The guy came to window and I thought I was finally getting the food. He said he was waiting on his manager tounlock something (who wasn'teven inside). I ended up driving off because the wait was ridiculous. Never again. Read more
