I have been going to this Wendy's for about a year now just right down the street from my house always get good service as well... as good food when you come here drive through usually has a short line and usually nobody really in there when you go into thelobby All in All Good restaurant well kept well maintained. I have been to this Wendys twice! Once a few weeks ago, and I waited 30 minutes to order through the drive through. There was 1... vehicle in front of me at the time. I thought maybe they are having an off night, totally understandable even 30 min is a longtime to wait to order food at a drive through. Tonight I went with my family and we waited 30 minutes again through the drivethrough and then went inside to order because drive through took so long. Then waited 25 more minutes inside. There is something seriously off with this Wendy?s. 1. They were ?out? of chili. Sucks but whatever. 2. Ordered a biggie bag... with a JBC. 3. It was 10:45 when I ordered my food, there was 2 in line in front of me, I was seriously in the line waiting formy food until 11:17am, I can not make this up. 4. My jbc was literally ice cold, the bacon was gag worthy, and not edible. 5.The nuggets tasted old! I mean, did you guys just start making lunch menu stuff? 6. My UberEATS order got messed up and the restaurant kept my name for the next time, so I was able to get the items omitted from... my order by the delivery person. So the staff and manager get a big bonus in my book. However, the customers inside aren'talways the best people. It's not Wendy's fault, but I can't ignore the crazy people in the room, and the restaurant can't refuseto serve someone just because they are an a-hole. So I do pickup or delivery instead, to avoid being harassed. Read more

I absolutely hate going to this location. They're always out of the main things on the menu and the service is slow, could be to... a staffing issue. I was there the other day to grab breakfast for my kids. After ordering in the drive thru I waited almost25-30 minutes. The guy came to window and I thought I was finally getting the food.
