They forgot to make my chicken parmesan sandwich. I waited thirty minutes for something that usually takes less then ten... minutes. Breaded chicken cutlet deep fried and cut in half, standing like some sailboat. The sandwich was just dry that leftmore to be desired. I ended up not finishing the sandwich. This is definitely not worth the eleven dollars. Fountain Pepsitasted good at least. Muh...Muh...Muh...Mid... Read more

This location is consistently delicious. It is great. New York-style pizza. All of their appetizers are really good as well. The... customer service is good. they also do a good job of keeping the place clean. Though they give you a pick-up time for the pizza, they are very fast, so I always got about 10 minutes early and it is ready. Read more

Pizza was 5 stars. One of the best NY style pizza places in Arizona. Just make sure to ask for it crispy. Cleanliness was an... issue. The floor was greasy and slippery. Trash cans were overflowing. Wouldn't be knocking them if the staff was overworkedhowever they were clearly not busy and not attentive. Read more

Came here for the first time today for a school fundraiser. One of my daughters is lactose intolerant and they were able to do... the vegan cheese on the kid's pizza. My husband and I also got a meat lovers pizza and a stromboli for us and the kids chickenand fries for my other daughter who doesn't like pizza. All of the food was very good and my daughters ate almost all of theirfood, which is a feat with picky kids. We found out favorite pizza place and will definitely be back. Read more

This restaurant has the best pizza they have fantastic customer service. The staff is so friendly the food is amazing. I?m from... upstate NY and this pizza is the closest pizza to upstate NY. I will continue to give this restaurant my business. The pizza wasso good all of my children enjoyed it and so did I. The prices were very reasonable as well. There party pizza is amazing it canfeed all my kids and I have little kids and the restaurant was nice enough to cut my pizza in squares so it was easier for mylittle kids to eat. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was so happy everyone was working hard and friendly. The personanswered my phone call fast I didn?t have to wait on hold and I thought that was very impressive considering how busy therestaurant was and the guy on the phone was friendly and he was trying to help me find something to order that my whole familycould enjoy. This will be the only pizza place I order from now. Read more

This is my second time ordering from here. Both times my food was cold. Like not even room temperature. COLD. And I only live... 3.9 miles from the restaurant. I ordered the party pizza because it was the daily special. But it was still $30. I also gotwings and a Caesar salad that had halfway melted cheese on top. My order after my generous tip was $80. For cold food. I?llstick to Barro?s. Read more

I have been ordering from here for years and love their food. This is the third time in a row that I have had issues with their... product. The pizza is, let's be honest, is awful. 3/4 of a pie. The ranch is all over the place. I am done. If you want agreat pizza go to Brooklyn V or Casanova Brothers. They have standards there. Read more

Update: After being refunded by the Manager, we ordered again today. Things were much better this time! Maybe they had an off... day last time I ordered. Avoid the gluten-free pizza. The area with sausage and cheese was ok. Unfortunately for me that wasonly part of the pizza. I understand you can't pile it on the edge, but the outer 1/3 was inedible. That makes it tough toreview accurately. I appreciate them going the extra mile with GF prep, GF oven, etc but what's the point if 1/3 is horrendous? It's like a pita that went through a dehydrator, then through a pizza oven.
