Showed up an hour after they were supposed to be open and there was no one there. It seemed like the crew just left or decided... not to show up that morning. I'm going to say that if they didn't show up then the crew probably needs to get paid better tomake it worth it to show up. We went to order food and they told us that because they were incapable of keeping up with the orders we couldn?t order food.... They said this to many customers. While waiting for our smoothies, a lady walks in and orders smoothies and food. They take herorder and then she receives her smoothie AND food that they were supposedly too busy to make for anyone else, before we got oursmoothies ordered 10 min prior. Read more

This is not the first time I have problems with this store I don?t understand I pulled in there drive through got told cash only... they can?t take a card till the next person gets there say ok order pull up to the window and hand her a 50 and get told sorrycan?t except anything over 20 ok you said cash only this is cash you can?t take card or cash why are you even open.. as abusiness you would think they know who to run it. I've never had an issue with the food. But the staff is unprofessional and they rather sit on their phones and talk and mess... around. I walked in with no one in the store and waited 5 mins before someone to take my order because the employee was talkingto another employee and didn't even recognize me coming in. I have this issue everytime I come in. They're messing around andnor caring about their customers. Takes 20 to almost 30 mine for 2 smoothies and a Flatbread when you're by YOURSELF! Ordered a Santa Fe ques. and had a banana as the side. Got home and had a PB and Banana Flatbread that was supposed to be... Angie's through Door Dash and the banana couldn't even be picked up without smashing in your fingertips it was so bad. Call andgo back up there got the correct quesadilla and an apple. The apple had who the hell knows what on it and a bad spot on theother side, yet they still served it. Got pic's of it too! Read more
Placed online order said it would be ready by 11:55. Showed up 11: 58 was not complete. Watched another family come in and order... 10 min after I arrived. They still managed to get their food and drinks before I did. Had to complain for them to actuallystart making my smoothie and was told "sorry we're busy". I'm understanding of busy, but that sure doesn't explain why the otherfamily who placed their order 15 minutes after my pick up time got theirs first. Girl who brought my smoothies couldn't hand tome, had to put on counter, wouldn't look at me, or talk to me . Also proceeded to intentionally turn the tag to face the wall soI had to turn it to see it was mine. *Got home, incorrect wrap and chips* Haven't been to a tropical smoothie in a while,remembered how much I loved it, and was excited to finally have it again, especially since work is just down the street.Needless to say I won't be back.... Smoothie and food was good, a bit pricey, but not the biggest issue. This review is for the management. Are you involved at all... in training your employees in customer service and product knowledge?? 1st: I said I wanted frito-lays chips as my side, and wastold that you only have baked chips not frito-lay. I understand that most if not all the employees are teenagers, but I had totell the kid who took my order that frito-lay is the company that makes the chips. 2nd: the other employee just walked out fromthe kitchen with a bag not knowing the name on the order and just stood there not knowing who to give it to. If you're going toask for a name for the order, make sure all employees know to call out the name for the order when it is ready so they know whoto give it to. And based on the other reviews this location has a lot of issues. Please be more invoved and so better. Read more
