Based on my recent experience, I'd give this location 5 stars. Kim, our server, gave us the best service that we've had dining... out in a long time! She was friendly, checked in on us multiple times throughout our dining experience, quickly brought refills,and never made us feel rushed. The food here is always good. Their rolls and cinnamon butter! ???? 9 times out of 10, I get aribeye or a sirloin steak, but this time I decided to try the California Chicken. It was delicious! Very unhappy with my experience at this Texas Roadhouse!! The first issue was my steak being undercooked and they forgot my side... of ranch. Not a big deal right? People make mistakes.. but just keep reading ... I waited about 5 minutes for our server, Nate,to check on us so I could let him know my steak was undercooked and ranch was missing.. well Nate never stopped by! So I had tonotify another server of the issues. Well 10 more minutes go by and I still don't have my new steak.. By this time, my boyfriendis almost done eating his meal because we didn't want his food getting cold while waiting for mine. Finally after 15 minutes mynew steak comes out. But guess what's still missing? The ranch that I've asked 2 separate employees for. Another 10 minutes goesby.. no one checking on us. At this point I am extremely frustrated that I dont have my ranch. Eventually, I speak with themanager who says he can "get me a to-go box?" Um... that's not going to fix anything. I had to ask him multiple times what hewas going to do to fix this issue and explain how unhappy I was with the service here. Manager eventually was apologetic andsaid he could take 50% off my meal, once again.. not going to fix anything! He did eventually end up taking my meal off the bill(but I had to ask him to do that!) The cherry on top was when our server Nate finally showed up to the table after all of thiswent down and asked how everything was... he was clueless about everything that happened!! No one informed him of our issues,not even the manager!! I was completely shocked at how a server could be so uninformed and careless about their table!
