Not to happy they got my order wrong and didn't give me a receipt So I can't even get my order fixed or money back . OK I'm posting this I'll be cause the dread I felt going in letting them know something that happened with my order and not... really being able to prove it. so here goes last night I went through drive thru I paid with cash and my debit cand my debitcard however the cashier did not know Or experience Enough to know how to do a cash and debit transaction so she took my cashand she charged my debit card the full amount of my order I didn't catch it until this morning after doing some online shoppingI realize she charged me full Amount. I went in this morning and they Told me to come back at 3. 5 hours later I go back in andthen for me that that manager doesn't work until 8 that would be another 5 hour wait!!! The young man which unfortunately Idon't have his name says please let me call somebody and see if I can help you with this With that said he goes back and hetalks to a Assistant on the Manager And they both gave me back my money the cash that I gave them last night and he bought medinner. Don't come here unless you want to be made to feel like it's your fault they got your order wrong. I think the person at the... window was training which is fine. What I don't like is when other people come out and talk to me like I'm dumb and all stare atme when I get to the window because of all the confusion I somehow caused. Read more
Seriously the best. Fresh hot food. You should be teaching others how to send fast food out the fast food window the tacos were... perfectly fresh the meat was hot the vegetables were cold the Mexican pizza was absolutely phenomenal. - Parked, went inside to order to-go. - Fast ordering, absolutely terrible priority system. - It took 21 minutes to get the food... (timeline history) - 5:46pm-6:07pm. When I walked into this location on 11/12/2022 at 5:46pm there was a guy in a reflectivevest already waiting for his food for to-go, this is important, remember this detail. I ordered the Nacho Fries Box to-go andthen my friend ordered the Nacho Fries Box to-go after me. While waiting, a father and son duo walked in and ordered dine-in,they sat down and waited for their food. After about 6-8 minutes I received my Nacho Fries Box, the guy in the reflective vestwas still sitting there waiting for his food. Then at roughly 10-12 minutes in, the father and son duo received their food, myfriend who I came in with gets impatient and goes out to smoke a cigarette while I'm just standing there waiting for them tocall his order. The guy in the reflective vest still does not have his food. At roughly 15 minutes in, my friend comes backfrom smoking his cigarette and we're frustrated on what's taking so long. The guy in the reflective vest finally gets his order,it was literally one item, I can only imagine his anger and frustration. Then shortly after the reflective vest guy left thelady making food asks my friend why he's standing in their lobby like she had forgotten that he ordered food, he tells her,looks at their monitor and pretty much has an oops moment. It took an additional 5-6 minutes to get his order. Thankfully thefood was still kind of warm when we got home nearby, but this was definitely the worst walk-in and order to-go experience I'veever had. I would not recommend coming to this location.
