Waited a long time for change, didn?t give us a receipt, then they messed up the order completely. I get that things get busy,... but offering communication to a customer would do wonders. Try being aware of what order you?re handing someone. It?s not thathard to repeat an order back to someone. Even if it takes a little longer, you?d avoid mistakes like this and you wouldn?t haveas many dissatisfied customers. This isn?t the first time something like this has happened, hence the review. Just got off the phone with someone who was extremely unhelpful. I ordered two bean burritos with no onion. That doesn?t feel... like a complex order plus there was hardly any other customers there. I got all the way home to find a TON of onions in them. Iam extremely allergic to onions to they?re lucky that I opened it to check before I bit into it. When I called she couldn?t findmy order (for some reason on my receipt it said 9:49 PM but it was only 7:19 PM when I called so idk how the computer glitchedon that) when I called the lady said that the best she can do is have me go back and show them the receipt so they can remakethem. Why should their mistake make me go out of my way?! When I asked for a refund because I didn?t want to go back she saidthat if I bring the receipt sometime this week they can remake them. H*ll NO. We just went to a Taco Bell that is closer to ourhouse & they remade them for me no problem. That is customer service which I can now see this location lacks. AND to top it offthe other location said they do refunds so idk why it was so hard to understand I wanted a refund? Read more
I had to call the resteraunt after placing an order thru doordash and the gentleman who answered the phone was so nice and... helpful and assured me it wasn't a problem to make changes to my order. I've honestly never been so impressed by someone in fastfood industry. So to the gentleman who helped me correct my doordash order with the Mexican pizzas ....you deserve a raise and Ihope they reward you for satisfying this customer. If not, my daughter is the manager at Sauce on Dana Park and would love tohave someone like you. In hindsight I probably should have gotten your name.....lol Read more
No the best Experience. As soon as you get to the drive thru the employee can barely understand you. Repeating yourself and non... the less not being directed after where to go to or to stay for food at first window or second window was very annoying. Thecashier Veronica not good with customer service by any means. The once placed order our order was wrong cause the 1sr lady thatassisted us didn't repeat back what we ordered to properly make sure it was correct. So I went inside to get the proper order.The manager which it looked like corrected the order with out question which made me feel good and respected right off thebat. Thank you for fixing my order Judith in a timely manor. As for the cashier needs a bit of customer service skills. **alsofor corporations you should probably remove an item you took of the menu if your NOT Selling it.
