Terrible service. Did a $33 online order for the restaurant to ?not receive my order?. The manager closed out of my order in the... app so it was no longer visible and we couldn?t reference it. After waiting and speaking to several employees I was told thatthey can?t refund me or give me the food. One employee even told me ?just submit a request and hope you get a refund. New grilled steak was not good. The vheese over powered the steak. Had a burrito supreme and the wsy they put stuff on is... wrong. You side you get all besns the other side you get all meat in the middle youvget lettuce ,sour cream ,and sauce. Read more

I ordered 3 taco supreme. All 3 had sour cream on the outside of the taco shells, only 2 of them actually had sour cream inside.
Save your time in your breath. This restaurant chain has gone downhill and stopped caring about the customer. Take a look at the... $2+ taco garbage I got today. It?s supposed to be a soft taco with double meat but it looks more like vomit. Do yourself a favorand just eat at home. One day these managers will get together and actually start listening to us.
