I came in today to get a Chipotle chicken burrito and a bean burrito and when I got to the window he asked for almost $5, I said... it's $2 for the chicken burrito and 1.69 for a bean... he said it's $2.50 for a bean burrito. I asked for my money back. I don'tknow if he was trying to scam for cash but I looked it up on there website and it's 1.69 for a bean burrito. When it's open, the food and service is fine. But they say they open at 7am on Saturdays and they are still closed when I get... there (after placing an order on the app) at 7:30am because the 1 guy in there says they are short staffed. This happenedmultiple times in a 5 month period, so they are not doing anything about it. Either change your hours to open later or don'tallow us to order ahead on the app and then show up to be told you aren't open yet because of short staffing. Read more
The tacos weren?t prepared good but still one of my favorite Taco Bells. Customer Service is better then any other Taco Bells in... Mesa. I think the cook was just having a bad night. But still I will be returning for my redemption Tacos. Read more
AWFUL TACO BELL. Even though I live literally walking distance of this Taco Bell, I will make a drive out to a different... location because these employees are beyond judge mental and RUDE.
