The Brown and Gilbert location is the slowest soda shop I've ever seen. I don't know why I keep coming back because every time... I am disappointed in the staff at this location. Every time it is a bunch of lackadaisical teenagers. The customer service herefalls short. Hire a new manager, evaluate the staff, change something please! Get someone in there to light a fire under them!I've worked in the food industry I know it doesn't take this long to make an Italian soda. Read more

Will never give anything less than a 5-star to a place that consistently delivers on their quality of soda drinks and... treats. This store, however is one of the slowest stores across all Swig Locations. If they could fix that issue, it would beone of the best stores! The employee working 7/18/22 at 8:20 AM was taking the orders, taking payment, completing the order, and serving them to the... customers all by herself. There were three customers in front of me. I arrived in line at 8:20 AM and was driving off at 8:25.She has been my server before and I must say I very satisfied with her performance in the past but especially today! ?Can I have a bag?? ?No we don?t have any.? I recieved with attitude as if I had just asked a dumb question. Okay? so they just... individually hand out every item, it?s completely out of line. To make matters even more complicated?. I am delivering a doordash! Here I am carrying items of different shapes, sizes, and temperatures.. leaving it on the ground? Are you serious? I putthe items in an extra bag just for the customer sake. (I got you!) But imagine I didn?t care and I left the items on the groundand bugs got inside? I hope the company quickly takes charge. OMG so busy on a Thursday afternoon! They had order takers coming up to the car to take your order and expedite the process. We... all got pretzel bites with cheese sauce and one with strawberry cream cheese. All delicious and our slushies and soda were good.First visit here and next time we will look online for the menu first. Read more
Caffine destroys my body health-wise so was happy they didn't only have caffine free drinks but delicious ones. Not the... uneventful spritevor lemonade but fun mixed sprite and lomonade drinks too. After exiting the drive through i was sure a happycamper all the way to my destination with my lemonade with raspberry puree and lime. Read more
