I?ve came multiple times with the same coupon and they would usually get angry and say i didn?t pay for something i did. I?ve... came back and now they don?t accept coupons ? All part of being a franchise, maybe this should just be a regular sub shop butthey won?t get much traffic with high prices and don?t accept coupons anymore . Read more

The place is great, the sandwich was made perfectly, and the male employee there was friendly. However........ I asked for a... side of jalapeños and he didn't even bother getting gloves, he just reached in there WITH HIS BARE HANDS and grabbed thejalapeños, put it into the togo container and hands it to me like there was nothing wrong! Charges for a cup of water without advising of the charges and does not give a receipt at purchase so that you don't notice!

If you order online for pickup or delivery, expect your order to be wrong. I ordered two sandwiches online for pickup. They... seemed to completely ignore the ?no ___? selections and didn?t add our ?add ____? options either. And somehow they managed toswitch our breads completely. The sandwiches were ready when we arrived and the cashier was very kind. Both employees spokeSpanish, which is a plus. Once I picked off the stuff that shouldn?t have been on my sandwich it tasted just fine. My advice, goto another location as there are several within a few minutes. Read more

The male worker during the afternoon is very unprofessional and rude. Ive question the bread that he was given me is extremely... flat and doesn't look fresh. I even ask about the breads that was sitting in there container, if I can get those breads instead,since they look very appealing and more fresher looking.The male customer service rep came off rude and said if I don't like thebread he is given me(the flat bread, look like it been stepped on) then I can go to another subway. I went In today ordered four sandwiches, when I was putting vegetables on the sandwich I noticed the lettuce was browning . I... asked if they had fresher lettuce, I was told that it was fresh and that is the way it came . I questioned that and I mentionedthey shouldn?t have put it out to serve. Again I got it?s fresh it comes to the store like that . I asked for the stores owner,managers phone number to speak to them about this . And was told ?to look it up?. Really I turned around and left . I went toanother location. They had fresher vegetables. Poor customer service, old food. Read more

As far as Subways go, this is one of the best. Always the same employee behind the counter when I go and she is professional and... courteous with a sense of urgency. If I have to go to a Subway, this is a great one to go to. Read more
