The place is great, the sandwich was made perfectly, and the male employee there was friendly. However........ I asked for a... side of jalapeños and he didn't even bother getting gloves, he just reached in there WITH HIS BARE HANDS and grabbed thejalapeños, put it into the togo container and hands it to me like there was nothing wrong! Charges for a cup of water without advising of the charges and does not give a receipt at purchase so that you don't notice!
If you order online for pickup or delivery, expect your order to be wrong. I ordered two sandwiches online for pickup. They... seemed to completely ignore the ?no ___? selections and didn?t add our ?add ____? options either. And somehow they managed toswitch our breads completely. The sandwiches were ready when we arrived and the cashier was very kind. Both employees spokeSpanish, which is a plus.
