Young boys working the evening shift are extremely rude. I placed an online order prior to closing time, a young man called and... asked how long would it take me to get there because they are closing. I advised 5 min however it took 6 min to get there. Once there, the door was locked...we were knocking on the door and the young man behind the counter looked and ignored us untilI called and then was handed the bag and told...all you had to do was knock. Always fresh food, quick service, and nice staff. This is my "Go to" location when I'm at work. The $2.99 sub menu makes it... affordable...but more selection available if you can find a coupon! Read more
This is the laziest Subway I've ever visited which is no surprise considering how crappy all of the fast food restaurants are in... this area. The staff acts like they are on downers. They were out of syrup for the diet coke. I had to ask for someone to refillthe lids. They don't have any drink carriers. The owner of this place was there and it wasn't busy either. Ordered on the app, went in store was told they didn't have the veggies for my sandwich I asked for my $$ back the person behind... counter asked for card then wouldn't give me my $$ back said she didn't know how, didn't know how to give cash back refused togive her name told me to leave, wouldn't let the other employee talk to me she had to be in control. Refused to write somethingon my receipt that my order wasn't picked up and said to come back Monday morning to get a refund (it is Friday night thishappens) Also refused to cancel my order so it is showing ready but not picked up.
