Ordered on the app, went in store was told they didn't have the veggies for my sandwich I asked for my $$ back the person behind... counter asked for card then wouldn't give me my $$ back said she didn't know how, didn't know how to give cash back refused togive her name told me to leave, wouldn't let the other employee talk to me she had to be in control. Refused to write somethingon my receipt that my order wasn't picked up and said to come back Monday morning to get a refund (it is Friday night thishappens) Also refused to cancel my order so it is showing ready but not picked up.
