This Location is Horrible, always dirty and getting "remodeled". Complain when you use coupons and say everything is not... allowed. Other location on Gilbert rd always gets it right. Go elsewhere, Read more

So I live right across the street from this subway location, and they don?t accept coupons for anything. I get it, not all... locations take coupons. But right on the coupon it says this address but they still don?t take it. I have to driver further outjust to use a coupon. Ridiculous Read more

Appears to be a mom and pop operation. Not a very happy couple. I interupted pop on his cell phone sitting at a table. No hello,... just what do you want? Food covers not in place, and food appeared to be drying. Happy to report I didn't get ill after eating. Read more

Do not go to this Subway! I repeat do not go to this Subway. I've never experienced customer service this horrible in my life. I... ordered a sub for my son online yesterday and he went in to pick up his order and the male employee/owner stated that he had noorder and even though my son had a confirmation email and I had a pending charge on my card. He refused to do anything not evenoffering to place a new order just kept insisting he showed no order. I called the store as well and he said the same thing andsaid to dispute with my bank. I told him the pending charge had better not post the next day and he said it wouldn't and to callmy bank to dispute. How does that even make sense? Well, guess what the charge went through today and we got a notificationthat order was ready. I called the store and spoke with same employee/owner and was rudely spoke to again and proceeded to tellme that I had to dispute charge with bank and then he decides to check his orders and now my order is showing in their systemtoday. I told him to cancel my order and refund my money. He proceeded to yell at me and even hung up on me. Then calls me backand tells me that he'll be issuing me a credit in a very condensending way, still no apology. I guess this Subway must not be inneed of customers because you do not treat your customers this way. I've never posted a bad review about a business before andeven though it was a small order, just the lack of customer service from this person and the way I was treated was unacceptable. Read more

Terrible service! I was experiencing issues with the website and the man working was no help at all and very rude to me even... though it was not my fault. I don?t usually act like a Karen but since he was being rude for no reason and being completelyunhelpful, I got upset. He could have just made me my sandwich and I would have been on my way but I guess a 6-inch cold cutcombo is just too special to him. You would be better off making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich at home. Read more

Just came in with my service animal and was told to leave... they didn't believe my dog was a service animal even tho she isn't... wearing her badge to show that she is a service animal because it is being washed as im typing this. They have no sign sayinganimals aren't allowed not a sign about no service animals. I suffer from anxiety and a few other health issues and this managerfor the subway at Broadway and Lindsay was rude. I have all the paperwork and her ID number from ada. I will also be callingtheir main branch and voice this complaint. Read more
