I was greeted right away. The atmosphere is amazing! And the girl who helped us Tay was amazing!!

Bread was a little tough but other than that everything was fresh and good as well as the 2 little ladies that night

Yeh, I'm, a, 70y.o., disabled, "Asian-American", Senior-citizen, &, resident, of, Mesa...I'm also, confined, to my, 'Housing-... assisted', apt...I, depend, on my Son, 2 take me to get groceries, etc., 1-2 times a wk.+ to jus ? on my welfare...So, on,06/09/22, my Son, came-by 2 to pik-me-up, 2 go get a couple, of, things...While, we were out, I, asked him, if, he would stop bythe "Subway", on, the S/W corner, of, Gilbert Rd and Brown Rd, in Mesa...I, in general, don't even go 2 Subway, but, on thisday, I, wanted, 2 use, a $15 giftcard, that, I had received...I, knew, what I wanted to order, which, was, a ft.long Italian"BMT, on white(Artisan) bread, w/mozzarella cheese, (xtra$),+ toasted...@ this point, is, whn the female employee/asst.mgr.,started, acting, like, she didn't, know, what she was doing, or, didn't want to be @ work..First, off, she wasn't verycordial/friendly, was soft-spoken, (mumbling+hard of hearing, or, short attention span...I, had to repeat, what kind of cheese,+ I, had, told her, that, I wanted the 'works', (twice), (everything-inc. peppers!), & while, she was supposedly working on theItalian BMT, I went, &, filled my 2-go cup, with, Iced -T, plus, the fact, the employee, had 'rang', me up, b-4, the Sandwichwas complete, So, b-4, I, cud, even fill, an xtra lrg. drink, she had already wrapped-up, n bagged, the BMT+ 2 cookies, &, setit on the counter, without, my acknowledgement, &, (had alredy disappeared, n2, the 'back!) Didn't, show, or, ask, if the BMT,was satisfactory, or, what, kind, of, sauce/dressing, etc..Like, I, mentioned, she didn't give me a chance...We, were in ahurry, so, we took off...After, my Son, dropped me off, I go to 'scarf' on the BMT, &, was totally blownaway/disappointed/pistoff, etc...), I, unwrapped the BMT, &, I discovered, that, the, 'Bimbo', had made the BMT, with less than,minimal, meat,+ mozzarella cheese, & a sparse-layer, of, black olives, &, nothing else!..For, sum reason, it seemed, like, she,'pulled Read more

The cutest blonde boy made a sandwich that tasted like none other. The bread was fluffy as unto a tigers fur, the meat salivates... in my mouth and gave my lower half a tingle, and finally the sauce. If an angel secreted some fluid that would be the sauce. Allthis assembled by the soft caring hands of this seemingly sexy perfect man. I?ll see him in heaven for sure. Read more

They made a mistake with my online order by giving me someone else's sandwiches that I had to throw away when I got home. That... being said, I would like to applaud Timothy for his remarkable customer service today because he was patient, he was kind, andhe listened to me when I talked about what I needed and gave me the respect I needed as a customer. The request was simple:remake my sandwiches as they were ordered because I wasn't able to drive back the same day. This other girl named Isabella gaveme the Nastiest Attitude of ever have faced in any customer service interaction in my life. She was busy talking to a coworkerwhen I got there, when she finally acknowledged me, she was incredibly defensive and condescending saying that I waited too longto get them remade. (Ironically the SAME person that didn't even apologize for the mix up when I called and gave me a nastyattitude as well over the phone) She didn't even let me finish my sentences and when I told her to let me finish explaining, sheflicked her hand off as if telling me to F-off and she didn't want to hear it. I guess some people don't realize when they'regiving attitude and as soon as someone tries to get a word in, they decide to behave childishly and unprofessionally. I feellike she Really needs to be trained in her customer service or reprimanded because this is just unacceptable. Customers need tobe listened to when a mistake is made, it wasn't my fault that they mixed up the order, so she did not need to treat me withthat contempt and arrogance. That's not what customer service is ???????? The manager was professional and fixed the mistakeand Timothy is a delightful employee, but because of this girl's Nasty Attitude, I will Not be back to this Subway. Hope otherpeople are not victims to this impertinent and unrefined behavior. How sad. I gave 2 stars because in the end, they made itright, but I would give 0 because of that nasty customer service interaction. Read more
