This place is run efficiently! Long lines are handled appropriately and the younger staff does not cave under pressure.
I love coming to this location. The reason for 4 stars is I've ordered online from this location about 3-4 times including... today, and they always forget to add the smashed avocado. I dont always have time to stand in line hence the online ordering. Ishouldn't have to only get smashed avocado when ordering in person. Maybe you shouldn't charge for smashed avocado with onlineorders since they never put it on. What makes it worse is that its a totally different set of employees every time. Other thanthat issue, awesome. Keep up the good work and remember to look at online order receipts at least 3 times to make sure order iscorrect. Read more
I have been to this location several times and haven't been overly excited by the staff of CS. HOWEVER today a girl named... Delilah was really engaging with my 9 year old twins while she created their after school sandwich. At the end I approached theregister to pay ( mommy Warbucks here) and she commented how adorable they were. Then proceeded to give them a cookie. I love????great Customer service and I feel it's extremely important to acknowledge it when you see it as it seems to be a diminishingtrait these days. Way to go! Came in tonight with my girls. Sandwiches were made perfectly. I?ve never had an issue going here. But tonight the two girls... working tonight were extremely kind, personable, and made me want to always come back to this store! They made my whole week. No one wearing a mask as they're breathing all over my food. New staff, and it's mean to say this, but they both looked unwashed... and greasy. This used to be a great, clean Subway with a great staff. It says "New Management", and idk if they cleaned house orwhat, but the old, awesome staff is all gone now. Read more
Placed my order online thinking I could place my lunch order and be set in and out. Not only did I get the incorrect order but... the store did not gave any other solution but come back to remake a sandwich. This was my lunch hour so that wasn't happening.Then they wanted me to bring it after work to have it remade what makes you think I will trust this location again. The wholepoint of online so there is no issue! Review what is actually there and execute. I asked if they had the number for the onlinesupport since they were no help, again no help. Very dirty when I went in. Case where meats are kept,glass was filthy.top of glass.
