This place is run efficiently! Long lines are handled appropriately and the younger staff does not cave under pressure.
I love coming to this location. The reason for 4 stars is I've ordered online from this location about 3-4 times including... today, and they always forget to add the smashed avocado. I dont always have time to stand in line hence the online ordering. Ishouldn't have to only get smashed avocado when ordering in person. Maybe you shouldn't charge for smashed avocado with onlineorders since they never put it on. What makes it worse is that its a totally different set of employees every time. I have been to this location several times and haven't been overly excited by the staff of CS. HOWEVER today a girl named... Delilah was really engaging with my 9 year old twins while she created their after school sandwich. At the end I approached theregister to pay ( mommy Warbucks here) and she commented how adorable they were. Then proceeded to give them a cookie. I love????great Customer service and I feel it's extremely important to acknowledge it when you see it as it seems to be a diminishingtrait these days. Way to go!
