I never have high expectations when going to Subway. This one is the worst I have ever experienced. The poor workers are... verbally abused my the ?manager.? Miriam/Maryann her name seems to change. I only come here for my kids and they wouldn?t eattheir sandwiches! The meat was slimy, counters sticky. I prefer to praise, I hate to complain. I am sick to my stomach! I moved to this area in 2014 and tried this Subway. Then the veggies were stale and I never returned.... Today, I thought I would give it another try and I honestly wish I hadn't. I paid $10 and some change for a few pieces of turkeyand a couple of slices of cheese in a spinach wrap! I couldn't have any vegetables the spinach, lettuce, and tomatoes lookedlike they were two weeks old. There were black pieces of spinach and old brown pieces of letter on the sides of the bin! My wife?s sub was missing cheese. While funny, we called and told them when we got home. The rep asked the girl that made it if... she forgot the cheese and she insisted she did. It was like listening to kindergarten kids bicker. We were promised a managercall back two weeks ago and as we expected nothing ever happened. We had decent experiences in the past but the last one waspretty terrible. The owners never reply to anything on here, which speaks for itself. Poor ownership, poor customer followthrough. Based on recent experience I would suggest you go to Firehouse subs. Better quality for sure. Some kids are hardworkers but the ones here are pretty incompetent. Always see new faces too. I like this location. Treated people well during pandemic. Bread always soft. Food prepared looks fresh and sandwiches are not... skimpy. Employees have always been polite and they have had a staffing shortage. I always go to this location. Read more
Worst service ever. Luckily the girl picked up the slack and was very polite. The guy looked like he couldn't give a $hit and... tried to complete my sandwich after doing a take out order without changing gloves. Everytime I go there there are differentemployees. Does not accept Subway's online coupon. 8/8/21 at 1:40 p.m., manager refused to accept QR code from Subway's email. I actually... signed up to Subway.com for these promotions. Showed the manager my phone with the QR code and she kept asking if this was animage. It's on a phone. It's not painted on. She then said she couldn't accept the coupon. Would it have hurt to scan the QRcode to see if it was valid? The coupon was. a direct link from the email. Will just go to other Subway stores in thefuture. Staff was too busy and distracted by their friends that had come in to visit that they were unable to cut my sandwich as I... requested 3 times. I was getting something for my daughter and myself my daughter is nine I simply asked them to cut it in 2/3on one side and 1/3 on the other side and told them I would be sharing it with a nine year old whose appetite was not as big asmine not only did they cut my sandwich into fourths but they put dressing all over the entire sandwich when I told them mydaughter's third was finished and put Tomatoes all over it which I had to pick off later. I let them know that this wasincorrect and they did not care Chef the sandwich into the bag and got me out of there as quickly as possible without evenoffering to remake the sandwich.
