This was a good store, accepting expired coupons. This evening, I asked Daisy if they're still accepting expired coupons. SHE... SAID, YES. Then made two sandwiches for me, and at checkout, they say this coupon isn't accepted, sorry. They then argued withme for a bit -- trying to blame me for this problem -- but they would not budge. I left without the sandwiches. They've lost acustomer for life. Read more

The young guy behind the counter was nice, so this is not his fault. I asked for tuna...they were out of tuna. Three bread... choices instead of the usual 6 (? 7??) Got a veggie sandwich instead. Asked for medium fountain soda. Got the cup, added ice,and 3 of the 6 were "out of order". Both Coke and Sprite were just flat soda water, no flavor. Told the worker, and all he couldsay was they were waiting for a delivery. Don't know if it's a supply-chain issue, but it was among the least well managed andleast clean Subway I've been in. Gotta love the sub of the day deal. Caught it on Thursday which happened to be my favorite of Italian BMT. The sub maker... actually put a lot of effort into making it. It's not sloppy, falling apart or any other issue that sometimes makes theminedible. It had the perfect amount of veggies and sauces and was the perfect lunch I was looking for out on my errands on awarm day. Crunchy lettuce, cold cucumbers and tomatoes, and tang of banana peppers all balanced well finished with Mayo, oil,and vinegar. Read more

I decided to try the ?delivery? option off of the Subway App? EPIC FAIL?NEVER AGAIN?!! My order was coming from the... Sossaman/Broadway location (fail #1), but I overlooked that. I place my order around 12?ish, (ordered ?a meal?, fail #2)shortly I get a text informing me that it will be delivered via DoorDash by 12:58 pm, ok, longer than usual but it?s ok, no bigdeal I figured because it wasn?t ordered directly through DD. A little after 1:00 pm my order arrives?. Well someone?s order? Asstated, I ordered a meal (as you know, you pay extra for this), there was no drink, no chips. So I?m like ok it was anoversight, and I did order right around lunchtime. Open the sandwich, it?s not what I ordered, I checked the receipt, and it?smy order, but what I got wasn?t. So by this point I?m annoyed. So, I call the restaurant, numerous times, NO ANSWER.. Now I?m alittle beyond annoyed.. Oh did I mention that I paid $31 and some change for this?!!!??? (ultimate fail) What did I do with thesandwich, eventually had to toss it unfortunately. Did my call ever get answered, NOPE?! I would frequent this location, butover the last few years, the service has gotten worse and worse. As soon as more and more teens started working there, itstarted to change. Simple tasks seemed to turn into complex ones. Staff seemed to just not care all the way down to theirappearance. Fast forward some years, post pandemic, kids working there just don?t care. I?m not the type of customer thatcauses a scene, and makes a spectacle, I?m one that understands and has respect for those who work in the food industry. Butthere does come a point where you feel enough is enough, we?re all going through something, my hard earned money is just asvaluable as the next person. Unfortunately not all people believe in the same thing. The learning lesson here, NEVER order asandwich online and have it delivered? IT SIMPLY COSTS WAY TOO MUCH? I go here all the time and I always have excellent Customer service and great sandwiches. I love this Subway!!!!

I used the Subway app and ordered 3 footlong sandwiches and drove up and went to register and my sandwiches were ready! Fast and... friendly service. Buy 2 get 1 footlong free. Read more
