Two stars since facility was clean but we have been twice now and both times we were served by the owner. Now I know why the... store was empty both times. She was rude and short with us, seemed irritated that we were even there. Put my sandwich togetherso quickly but it was so sloppy. Forgot one if the items I asked for, never even made eye contact. Ma'am, if you want to profitoff of the business you own I suggest you treat your customers with a litmote grace and respect, and maybe revisit your sandwichmaking skills. Read more

Judging from the other reviews, I?m going to assume it was the owner and her daughter working. The daughter seemed angry taking... peoples orders and not personable at all. They were wearing regular street clothes, no hair nets. Both were wearing AirPods.First and last time here. Read more

I would give this a zero star if I could. Says open until 9pm it?s 8pm lady inside, Door locked and open sign on. She completely... ignored us. Terrible and won?t support their business ever again!!!! Read more

Horrible customer service from the manager nonetheless! She was snippy, rude, and placed blame instead of come to a solution. I... placed an order online for delivery through Subway. I did not get my full order when I called the store they blamed DoorDash andrefused to do anything even though Subway is who take my payment. I never placed the order through DoorDash. Called DoorDashthey contacted their driver and the driver blames the store for not giving them all items. DoorDash can't give me a refundbecause the store is the one who took my payment. I called the store back to let them know what DoorDash said and she said "Ihave to talk to my manager" and hung up on me. I will be disputing this with my bank and not ordering from this store again. i picked up a doordash from here recently. the first thing i noticed is an insanely huge pile of boxes taking up the entire... corner between both enterances. the lady just stared at me with no greeting, she did the same for a customer behind me. she wasalso out of uniform (no headwear) and refused to give me the reciept for the order until i asked for it repeatedly. i used to bea shift leader at subway and this was so disappointing. if my store looked like that or my employees behaved like she did,they'd be lucky if they were ONLY let off with a write up. Sabreet, the owner is hiring! I wonder why nobody wants to work there? I went up to the counter and asked for a 6" veggie on... white. She asked if I wanted cheese. I said no. I thought to myself "wow this girl knows what she's doing." But she never cutthe loaf into 6". I told her "that was supposed to be 6 inches" and she replied rudely "no I asked you if you wanted a foot longand you said yes." I'm not confrontational. I asked for her to cut it into a six inch. She rolled her eyes and said "what am Isupposed to do with the rest?" I used to work at subway. I said "throw it away..." because that's what I would have had todo. At this point my mom had walked up to me and said "I'll take the sandwich, just order another one" (this was in Spanish) Itold The lady behind the counter "I need another 6 inch" at that point she's furious at me and she's rambling about how now I'mgoing to have to wait until my mom's sandwich is done. I don't protest, we move on. But she ends up changing her mind and makingmine first. Whatever. During the making of my sandwich and my mom's she was throwing/dropping the food aggressively, it didn'tgo further than that. After the end of our transactions I asked for her name she told me that she didn't have to tell me andexplained that she didn't have to wear a hat (basically the only safety measure to prevent hair in food) behind the counterbecause she was the owner. Overall she was rude to me throughout the encounter, rude to my mother by proxy and she refused toaccept the idea that she misheard me. I worked there. I know how to order. And I would have been annoyed at the customer too formaking me waste food. (even if it was an accident) But I wouldn't have been so unprofessional. If you are hungry, don't eathere. She ruins the vibe. If you're looking for a job with a temperamental manager/owner/coworker/whatever then here's yourshot! Our sandwiches were cold. And wet. Read more

Well, she acted like she didn't want to be at work. She never greeted me. I told her I had an online order. She tossed the... sandwich bag on the counter. Told me my cookies were in the bag. Told me to grab my chips, get my soda and she walked backbehind the doors without a thank you or acknowledgement. I almost wanted to grab and extra soda or bag of chips. I mean, shewasn't watching me. I was so flustered, I left without checking my sandwich. I get all the way home and realized she usedchicken instead of steak. I wasn't going to go back but my husband encouraged me to do so. She looked surprised that she messedup. I showed her my order receipt on my phone and she had no choice but to remake it. I'm sure we all have bad days at work butshe just acted like we were bothering her by ordering food. Never again will I order online. I want to make sure my food isbeing made properly. Read more

I always have very fast service while I am here. However, I have had servers wearing air pods while they are taking my order. I... ordered spinach on my sandwich the last time I was there and several of the pieces did not look good at all (picture attached).I also could not find an outlet to charge anything while I was there so it wouldn't be a good place to get work done whileeating.
