Recently renovated and looks fresh just like their sandwiches. Great staff and clean.
There is something always when i go to this store . If its not old soup or disgusting looking vegetables . Its the manager not... allowing you to use a coupon. The cookies are always burnt and old and today it was Brian . I asked for extra chipotle sauce andhe laughs at me manger right there and he did nothing about the Sitution . They dont even deserve one stare they get a 0 in mybook. Worst location dont ever eat at this one or go there. Read more
CAME IN TODAY AND ORDERED A SANDWICH. WHILE THEY WERE MAKING IT A ***FLY**** LANDS ON THE SANWICH, I LET THE EMPLOYEE KNOW THAT... THE FLY TOUCHED MY FOOD AND SHE LOOKED QT ME CONFUSED AS WHAT TO DO NEXT??????? *EBT* ALWAYS call ahead if you?re using EBT. I drove 7 miles to this location because they?re on the EBT list (last updated 2... days ago) stating they accept EBT. They do not. Leaving 5 star because this doesn?t merit a tarnished reputation. But if you ownthis location please update this info and remove yourself from the EBT list. I can?t imagine how many subs are in the garbagebecause people order and get to checkout only to be told they do not accept this form of payment, even though the location is onthe statewide monthly distributed list. I ordered a ham sandwich through DoorDash. Order arrived and the sandwich has NO HAM. I know subway is stingy with meat but this... is ridiculous. Wrong cheese as well but it least they put some on there. Read more
ZERO STARS! 3 out of 4 visits were horrible...but today tops the cake! Walked in and thought I was in a daycare in a 3rd world... country. Back room door was hanging open, chips stand pulled out into center of the floor and 2 children under 5 were rummagingthrough all the food and items in the back room...NOT MASKED! Mom was the staff on shift, along with dad(?) who was eating at atable. Keep in mind, I was the ONLY person there wearing a mask, even though the sign on the door says masks are required. Iorder the same thing I always order (but never seems to ring up the same price, today it was $11, last week it was $9. She saidit's due to shortages and all of a sudden there's an upcharge for cheese?) So she rings me up, and yet again, their internet isdown and their card reader isn't working. I stood there while she called her husband (?) Over to help. They ran my card at least10 times...my bowl was getting cold...and he finally asks if I have cash. No I don't carry cash... Then he tells me to leaveand get cash!!! So that I can come pay for the bowl they let go cold??? Um NOPE! ILL NEVER BE BACK AND EMPHATICALLY RECOMMENDNOT COMING TO THIS LOCATION! My bf went here today because I was really in the mood for Subway. He came home with our sandwiches and immediately warned me it... looked like they went and bought cheap meat because it was ultrathin. I'm not sure what kind of meat it was but it made mysandwich super soggy and gross. I barely ate half of it before I couldn't stomach it anymore. Definitely not going back to thislocation.
