This building is located on a corner of a business center. I like the fact you can access it from 2 entonces. I went there on a... Saturday evening and the place was clean, in fact there was a young man finishing mapping the floors. I noticed the tables werealso clean, their counter where they make the sandwiches was also clean. A week ago I came to this location to see if I could give a better review. When I got there the sign said open, but the door was... locked and there was an employee behind the counter and finally got her attention and she motioned us in hand jesters they wereclosed. No explanation. So I left and will never set foot in this subway. I figured with new management and owner that thingswould be different. Service was good but the bread tasted stale. Read more

We ordered online to be able to pick up our order by 11:05 in the morning on the way to the lake. Show up to locked doors but... we can see someone inside. Finally we get them to come to the door so the girl can tell us the opener never showed up but willbe there in 15 minutes. So we paid $34 for food we cannot get a refund at the moment because person there does not know whereanything is or how to run anything. So we are forced to wait. So much for saving time!!! We will never come to this locationagain. We frequently came here for food on the way to lake with our boat. No thanks. We will take our business elsewhere. Read more

This was our first time in this Subway. The young man Josh who made our sandwiches was amazing! Very friendly and excellent... customer service!! If I still ran a business I'd offer him a job. The sandwiches he made were excellent as well. Read more

NEVER EVER GO HERE! I never write bad reviews but this location got to me. So subway was running a promotion on 7/12/22 for free... six inch for their ?new? menu. I walk in at 11:53. They made my sandwich, they let the lady in front of me get the free one.Clock was still 11:59, Sara the person and the register says it?s not free anymore. I let her know I was here before noon cutoff. She said she can?t do anything. They then proceeded to throw the sandwich away in front of me since I did not want to payfor the ?free? sub. So I guess the trash can got to have my free subway. Thanks Subway at Ellsworth and Brown for the awfulcustomer service. I?d drive down to another location due to this type of respect. DO BETTER. Practice situational awareness.SOMETHING. Also hope you feel great for proving a point and throwing away a sub someone could?ve eaten. Or maybe it deserved tobe in to be in trash. Thanks. Read more

I wanted to post this review specifically about Nakoa. Nakoa was the sweet, kind, young man who meticulously made my sub... tonight. He put more thought and care into MY dinner than I do on most nights. Watching him work hard, slow down and take histime to make sure it was to my liking and done correctly, all with a smile on his face, was refreshing. The world right now canseem so fast, rushed, thoughtless, rude, selfish. So this is a shout out to you kid! Keep being fabulous! Keep your joy andkindness and don't let me or anyone try to stifle it. New ownership needs to get their employees in line. Horrible service. Three employees encountered, not a single smile. They... were all moping around like they'd rather be anywhere else and moving at a snail's pace. Hubby had surgery and was cravingtuna so I went big with 'double' meat and cheese. Barely covered the bread for $12. Then a long blonde hair intertwined into the tuna made it inedible. UGH!!!! Love it when I pay someone else to make dinner and I end up having to make it myself in theend anyway ... Read more

Store says it opens at 10 on Sundays. We waited outside until 10:10. The employee then opened the door and stood in the doorway... saying he doesn?t have most of the menu. Then inside explained that he only has wheat bread and nothing else. He thendisappeared for another 2-3 minutes. He then returned to the counter and asked what we want because he probably doesn?t have it.I told him my order, he made half of it, then walked away and said ?give me like 3 minutes.? The store is filthy, there is foodstuck to the tables, the floors, and the food line?s windows. The store says it is under new ownership. I hope these new ownersknow what they?re getting out of their investment. Read more
