New chocolate cream cold brew was not bad, but after the cream runs out, nothing special.
This Starbucks naturally doesn't have a drive through, because it's located in Fry's, but the service is excellent all the way... around. I shop at this Fry's all the time so, when I'm here, I always try to get one of their frappuccinos before or after Ishopping here. Like I said, excellent service, excellent productivity. I don't understand how this Starbucks establishment actually has 4 stars. Let's get down to it. I'll start with this issues at... hand. After several visits, it seems like this Starbucks just can't or is incapable of mixing the drinks correctly. Issue#1? Ihave had a few iced white chocolate mochas from here. And Every single time I get this drink from here, there is never anycoffee flavor to it at all. Not even a hint. It literally tastes like I am drinking chocolate milk to be honest. Issue#2? I'vealso had the mocha cookie crumble from here a few times, and same thing, not even the slightest hint of coffee flavor. Issue#3happened today. Not being prepared, or not having supplies. I usually get a venti. But today they didn't have that size. Soinstead I got 2 Grande sizes to make up for it. I was then told I had to pay for both, not a huge deal but you figure since theywere out of the size I wanted, they could have comped the price a little bit. Anyways, it's not just 1 person that can't mixthe drinks correctly, it's pretty much all of them. I would suggest a way to resolve these issues is they all relearn how tomake their drinks. Maybe take a class. Or they should change their name to starmilks instead of Starbucks. Every other StarbucksI've been to is great. This one, just not so much. Read more
I love Starbucks. I do not love this location. First time ever going there and very likely the last. The coffee didn't taste the... same (not as strong as it should have been) and we had coffee grounds in our cups. Couldn't even finish my coffee. None of iscould. The staff was friendly tho so that's nice. Read more
The people staffing this Starbucks are extremely upbeat, nice and very helpful. I enjoy going to this and not because it's in a... Frys and I can get my favorite White Chocolate Mocha with an extra pump of white chocolate and whip cream, it's because of thepeople that work there. The last time I went to get one, I was having a really bad day and they made it better by being soupbeat and friendly!! Read more
I have to get up early in the morning to make it to my office. I stop by Starbucks and pick up a americano coffee. every morning... I get a smile, how are you doing have a great day and they always ask me if there's anything else they can do for me. I wish Icould have some of that in my staff at work. The staff are great.
