Opens at 6 am but 8 to 8:30 there's no one there. Disappointing

I was sent to get the morning caffeine for my work. I never do the coffee run but I had my list. I tried to rattle off the few... items correctly and get my coworkers modifications correct on drinks I hadn't heard of. The Barista (Hannah I believe?)recognized the order after the second drink and asked where I worked. When I replied, she knew exactly what was being orderedwithout me having to finish reading off the list. She made 8 drinks in no time flat and was so pleasant and happy. She commentedthat my coworkers are the nicest people and always order the same thing so she knew exactly what I needed. You Rock! Thanks forthe much needed caffeine and good vibes. Read more
I and a friend went back to Power and Broadway Starbucks. Haven't been there for over 3 weekend. First day we had to sit... outside in the weather. It was ok. 2nd day (usually around 600am.). Order our coffee. One of the employees hasn't seen us inthe 3 weeks we were gone. Spoke out called us by name, she and the other girls also told us hi. Then I guess this one femaleyelled out and pointed her finger at them and yelled at the employees not to be yelling. This offended very much. I advisedthe young girl don't point or yell at the employees. Don't treat your employees like that when we are there. Got our coffeewent outside to sit. Coffee was cold with coffee grins in the cups. Went back in to get different coffee cup with hot coffee. Back outside, finishing coffee. Not ???? going back. Went back to another coffee shop that let us sit inside to have coffee ?.The employees are nice to us. Sad that we're not there. Read more

I feel like Starbucks is hit or miss and this one was kind of a miss. Service was excellent but coffee had a burnt taste.We both... order venti iced coffee no classic with light heavy whipping cream and both tasted like burnt coffee. We have also been here andthe coffee was excellent but this trip I can only give three Stars based on the quality today . I want to re-emphasize that theservice was actually really good and if I were rating for service only it would be five stars. Read more
Shel F has the WORST customer service. I asked for a drink and she didn?t know how to make it (totally understand), but when I... stated that it?s on the Starbucks app as in I can look it up for her real quick she replied ?that?s nice!? And was just veryrude and dry after that. I even googled it for her so i didn?t have to trouble her and she still was so incredibly rude. Thegirls normally are the sweetest that work her.
