My friend and I have been there twice in the past few days since we are on vacation, and we have had bad experiences both times.... The first time we went we had a very rude barista that was unfriendly and she was saying rude things about the customers toherself. Along with that she didn?t give us our receipts when we asked. The second time we went our barista gave us the wrongdrink, even though she had the right drink on the receipt, and on the cup. Very disappointed in the service, and would give zerostars if that was an option. Read more
I came to the Starbucks in Fry's at Main & Greenfield by chance. I have been a Dunkin girl for a long time but, since coming... into this Starbucks I have switched. The staff there, Brendan, Candy and Tonya, are fantastic. Always greeting me with a smileand referring to me by name. It is the only location I go to. I find myself smiling as I walk up to the counter. It starts myday out perfectly. Read more
Writing this for another lady because I personally don?t care. I asked for no whip cream and the coffee just tastes bland but I... just deal with it. But another lady asked for no whip as well, she confronted the fat dude and he legit had the grumpiestresponse. Read more
What they lack in barista skills they make up for in flattery. Starbucks should be delighted to have Tamra on their team.
