Rude AF! I asked the cashier if they had the sandwich I wanted (otherwise if they didn?t I would?ve skipped the food and just... gotten a drink), cashier said yes. When I pulled up to the window, I paid & someone else came over saying they didn?t have it. Ididn?t want anything else but since I already paid I had to choose something. They asked me to pull up (did not tell me goaround the corner). One of the girls came out and rudely told me that next time I need to pull around because I caused them ahuge line and she had to walk thru the bushes. I?m sorry I caused a huge line because y?all didn?t have the sandwich I wantedafter you told me you did. I just wanted a refund and not another sandwich. I wasn?t even rude when they told me they didn?thave it, I just politely picked a different one. Her tone and deliverance was just so rude & not needed for Starbucks mistake. Was there at 9am. I ordered 3 coffees. Stood in the front area looking at everything in cups for sale and blah blah blah. Stayed... up front waiting for them to call my name. I'm seeing people walking in and leaving and I'm still standing there ! I see a smalltray with cups in it, and ask "is that for me ? I've been here over 30 min". We called your name" . I said "no you didn't ! "I've been here up front the whole time, you never called my name. (I would have called it again thinking someone didn't heartheir name being called). I wasn't having conversation with anyone, I was there just to pick up our drinks. Guess I better tryto fit in better next time. No, wait, there will NOT be a next time ! Thx. Read more

Drink was made well, however, the service was slow. The inside of the store was relatively empty, with 2-3 customers who already... had drinks. It took about 20 minutes to get my drink. This location had multiple employees working. When ordering at thislocation give yourself plenty of time if you're in a hurry. Read more
The store is located at a very convenient location. The staff are very pleasant and courteous. The customers who visit this... location are also very courteous. My order was ready in minutes. The store was clean and spacious. Also has long tables withquite a few outlets for those of us who loves to sit there, study or do our homework, or do office work away from office. Theyalso have great outdoor sitting area available. I would recommend this location to anyone. Read more
Great location. Always upbeat and friendly. Drive Thru is always busy. I like to order on the app and go inside (much quicker)... they all say hello and makes you feel great. Drink is always ready and taste great. I highly recommend this location. Today Ihad the Chai Tea Latte without ice (wow this tastes amazing) not watered down and I actually taste the chai.
