This is for Starbucks in general..stop wasting your money on this place and get real coffee..I spend $15 on a cup of custom... coffee. I tip well always and I ordered 2 cake pops so another $6 after I realized I needed a water...I went back and askedfor a cup of water with a strawberry....it's $8 . Starbucks on Greenfield between 60 freeway and Baseline. The Staff does a superb job. They always get my order right and they... have a busy drive thru. I like the seating and there's a nice patio with lounge chairs. Read more
Needs to work on better management, staffing for consistent hours, cleanliness, and prep time (the wait can range anywhere from... 2-3 minutes to 15, even in the drive through). Customer service is good to above average. Location has some nice ambience, andthe quality of the drinks is consistent or they?ll offer you a remake if something wasn?t to your expectation. Not the greatest location of looking to get your drink right and quick. Ordered three drinks in the drive through and waited 11... minutes. Two of the three drinks were incorrect. One being the wrong size with sweetner the other being the completely wrongflavor, although the tickets of the drinks showed correctly. Also, would not take a bill over 20 and there was no sign thatstated that. Read more
5 stars to Jana who rang me up and was looking to make sure myself and others were getting what we ordered as fast as possible.... She was awesome. My iced coffee wasn?t as good though, it tastes like the brewer or seat cups need cleaned/replaced. Read more
