The blonde chubby girl worker in the drive thru is always in a bad mood when I?m there. Rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a... straw her customer service is awful. I worked at Starbucks we always had to respect our customers, probably hired her becausethey were desperate for workers. Read more
Met a friend for coffee. It was good. Close by and staff is always friendly
Do we really need all this ice? Did I just paid for ice ? Fix this problem!!!
Two of the baristas in particular were very very kind to me. I spent the day studying here, and one brought me a venti ice water... out of kindness saying they saw me studying for a while and wanted to offer it to me. I want to come back, it?s comfortable andthe managers should be happy that their employees make the customers feel happy and valued. Read more
