The worst experience of customer service i have seen. The way I was talked too by Brianna, I understand policy but I also... understand human kindness and respect! I had came over to get a drink and a cake pop for my daughter when they just locked thedoors. And the time I had my new truck that I was afraid to drive thru might scratch my rims. Either way there was one car inthe drive thru I waited for them to leave nobody else was in line when I asked Brianna if I could just walk over and orderthrough the Window? Brianna with the most condensending voice goes sorry our policy you have to drive through!!!! I explainedmy situation about driving through she said yeah sorry nothing we can do its our policy! YOU have to drive!! Come on if I wasin Brianna shoes I would of understand and taken the order.. At least that's what I would of done...but that's just me i knowcusto wr service. I go a bit further from my office just to come to this Starbucks?.my drink and my coworkers drinks are always made on point and... so delicious! It?s like they make it perfect each time! To top off? the staff when ordering and handing you your drinks nomatter what time of day it is? always so extra happy and we get excited to get our drinks ? so nice to have a employees lovetheir job! Props to the managers because you are making it a place they enjoy to work and with that they perform better which inreturn we as consumers get our drinks made good and with great customer service Read more
The insane Karen working the drive through started lecturing me when I pulled up to the drive through window because I didn't... wait at the speaker long enough for her to read my order back to me. Really don't need a lecture from a brain dead 20 year old.Won't ever be going back to this store. Unbelievable. Read more
Hands down the best Starbucks in the entire East Valley. My latte always tastes perfect (never burnt, which is hit or miss... elsewhere). The team is LIGHTNING fast. Most of all, the staff is head and shoulders above the rest - warm, inviting, kind,pleasant, and enjoyable to talk with. This place feels more like a local coffee shop vibe than a chain, and it's such a breathof fresh air. Oh, and awesome chalkboard art to boot! Read more
The guy working the drive thru today was super rude and extremely unfriendly. He couldn?t even fake a smile. He also messed up... our caramel Frappuccino drinks and I paid for extra caramel and he didn?t do it. No one has ever messed up this simple drinkbefore. I?ve never had this unpleasant service from a Starbucks either. I was using my gift card I got from a student in myclass and it was wasted on these horrible drinks. Read more
At this Starbucks location they have all of the seating places available put up earlier. Around 5:30pm. I went to this location... and staff were friendly. Me and my friend ordered separately and they got our drink wrong. They do have indoor and outdoor until5:30 pm. Read more
One of the best Starbucks location. The staff are very courteous and friendly. You can sit outside and enjoy both food and the... lovely AZ weather alone or with friends or loved ones. I wouldn't go to this place for atmosphere, they used to have this philosophy that Starbucks was the third place, this idea of... it being like your second living room almost. Nowadays, a lot of Starbucks have to deal with high traffic and high volume ofclientele. It's not that this place isn't suitable, I hung out here for about an hour and a half, but some Starbucks have morefurniture and so they are a little bit more cozy. I would not describe this place as "cozy." The servers were friendly and itwas fast and it's what you expect from a Starbucks in terms of product. It looked like the drive-thru was very quick soprobably a better choice for a quick fix than a place to hang out. Read more
