This is a great Starbucks, top 10 in the Phoenix-Mesa area in my opinion. It's smaller than average but has a great Barista... staff(shout out to Adam and Ethan). They always get my order right and it's a pleasant atmosphere with longer hours4:30a-9pm Highly recommended SB. Read more
The line has not been too bad the times I've come here. I think it's because at this plaza- rather- everyone flocks to In and... Out Burger so not much of a crowd here. There is plenty of parking outside so you can sit in your car too to enjoy your coffee.The drive through line is quick and efficient. The lady working there that I ordered from was very friendly and just had agenuine smile on her face and really showed she cared about their customers. Their beverage temperature here is Goldilock's goodtoo- just right. It's not too hot and not too cool. They also double up on their cups if needed so you don't scald your handholding the cup. This Starbucks has some of the friendliest employees on the planet. Through the pandemic, those working the drive thru cashier... to the person working the window, they simply are the best at customer service. There's allot of businesses that could learnfrom them as to what good customer service looks like. I know their training comes from the store manager so he/she needs to becommended on hiring these great employees who act like they really care about you as a customer. The quality of the productsspeak for themselves, but this location not only has that, but quality employees! Read more

Trust me when I say this best Starbucks in this area, but how come I have to scream my order have it repeated to me, then come... up to the window to then be handed a completely different drink I didn?t order? And then it?s suddenly my fault.? I?m prettysure the neighbors in mulberry heard me. I am still kinda salty that for the last 2 months it feels, that you literally shutdown the inside and that?s my safe haven and I feel like I?ve been robbed.
