They made my drink wrong this morning. It was supposed to have milk in it and it didn't. When I went back to the counter to let... them know it just needed milk added to it they all stood there ignoring me. Would not make eye contact with me or acknowledgeme. That is really frustrating. I wasn't even going to ask them to make a new one. Just to add milk to it because the milk isthe most important part of the drink. It was the london fog tea drink. To completely ignore me when I am three feet away fromyou is beyond rude. I threw my drink away and just left. They owe me 6 bucks. ???? Read more
No I usually come pretty often to cool off from. Every time I come here, although the drinks do take a while, the girls I have talked to are so sweet! They make conversation... with me which is very nice while we wait for the drinks! I hope they continue to do this with other people because it makes meday! :) Read more
This is a great Starbucks with a lot of room, new comfy seating and top ten staff. They always make my drinks perfectly with... world-class service. I rarely award my coveted 6 stars. I recommend this Starbucks store! Hence, the industrial-like, contemporary interior design is quite refreshing! In addition, the... staff members often display beautiful floral centerpieces per table. However, the tune selection is not the best. Hence,listening to popular violent ?music? isn?t ideal, especially when played at an inappropriate loud volume (this is not an ongoingcomplexity, varied upon who is clocked-in). This being mentioned, bring AirPods to be on the safe side. Other than this, thisstore?s parking lot is adequately spacious to fit at least 15 vehicles. Read more
Second time I've been to this store and I've only ever had this problem at this location!!! I wish I could attach a picture.... Went to take the first sip of my chestnut praline latte found its only 3/4 full! I'm really getting annoyed with paying $6 for acoffee and for it to not be anywhere near full.... never going Starbucks again. The ma and PA shop down the street arereasonable and taste better anyway. Read more
