For some reason this location doesn't like to fill my cup up all the way. I went twice and the same thing happend. All other... locations fill the cup up. Im missing about 4 or 5 sips. I won't be back to the one on McDowell and power. Read more

This location randomly closes and does not stick to their hours. Ordered a specific drink with specific addends when the drink... was handed to me it was incorrect but the sticker on the drink was exactly what I wanted. All I could guess was that the baristahas no comprehension and seems to be illiterate, I only say this because the ingredients were right on the sticker which was onthe cup in which she was making the drink in. What seemed like, a more senior employee, fix my drink... first with a comment of"they didn't make it right at all..." Read more

I appreciate that it?s the holidays and that people should be able to spend time with their families rather than working on a... Saturday evening. It would be great if the app was up to date with closing times. App says open until 8 but when we arrived at7:30 they were closed. Perhaps Starbucks as a corporation could work harder to keep information up to date so customers knowwhat to expect as far as availability. This has happened several times over the last few months.
