This is my usual Starbucks, but since I've had to switch to decaf due to health reasons, there really aren't many options, so I... order a decaf americano. In the month, I've received regular after ordering decaf twice, and when I bring it up to theemployees, it's simply "oh, I'm sorry, we'll do better next time." Read more

By far one of the worst Starbucks out in this area. Every time I go there I don?t even get a chance to order until at least 5... mins of standing in front of the counter. That?s the case with every customer I see walk in while I wait 20 mins or more to getmy drink. Mean while there are honestly not that many people in the store. Really wish this store would get that act togetheran work as a crew to fix this issue. Read more

The absolute WORST experience today. I mobile ordered 2 drinks and 2 hot items at 7:51 am this morning. I went in and got my... iced coffee and 2 hot items and was missing my hot coffee. I had to wait UNTIL 8:31 to finally get my last item of my order,which was the hot coffee that wasnt a specialty drink. WHen i asked multiple times where my hot coffee was, i kept getting told" we are backed up and working on it". Funny, the drive through was moving and not having to wait like us. There were so manypeople waiting on their mobile orders and lobby orders, but all they could care about is the drive through. Was a terribleexperience. Read more

Literally the worst customer service in have ever encountered at a Starbucks. I waited probably 15 minutes in the drive thru for... ONE drink that i had to send back because they didn't do it right even though they had all that time. Then they finish my drinkand the same guy who tried to hand it out to me just sets it by the window and there i am waiting another 10 min. For someone tojust hand the cup out to me. All the guy had to do was add some Carmel to the top of the drink but he decided to get a new cupand drizzle the sides like i originally requested but since we were in the drive thru and it was already done i figured somemore on top would be just fine but apparently they don't know how to take directions at this location. Maybe the guy was justhaving a bad day but either way i won't be going back to this location. Way too long to be treated with attitude for making asimple request. I've heard other people's orders before. They're ridiculous. Carmel on top of the drink isn't too bad of arequest. ??????????? Read more

I went in to pick up a Uber order and decided I was going to get a drink for myself. The cashier lady, she was a older white... women, was very friendly to all the customers ahead of me. When I walked up to her, she gave me the most disgusting look I'veever seen. If looks could kill, hers would! She kept staring at me up and down when I told her I was picking up a Uber order andI was ordering for myself, she didn't give me a chance to show her the order number and left to go find it. I told her what iwas ordering and handed her a $20 bill. She looked at it and grabbed it with her finger tips and kept staring at it like it wasdiseased or something. I am Hispanic, and the way i was treated felt like she was discriminating me and she made me feel like Iwas garbage. She looked at me as if I just came off the streets. I called the manager that same day, she wasnt in but I hadtalked to the assistant manager named Micheal. I told him the whole story, he apologized for it and said she is not suppose tobe treating others badly, that everyone is suppose to be treated equal. The manager never called back so I called her the nextday and explained what happen. She told me it was because I wasn't a regular there. I said that's B.S because we're all supposeto be treated equally. The manager named Alysha didn't do anything about it. She said she would talk to her and that's it. Youguys treated me like garbage here. I was racially profiled by this women and noone did anything about it. I hope corporate readsthis review. P.s will be putting this on all my social media accounts because noone deserves to be treated this way. Read more
