Long drive through line, moved a bit slow. Friendly at the window, only a 30 second wait for my order. Not as impressed with the... taste of my drink from this location, not sure why but it was really too sweet. Read more
All the employees are so sweet and the manager Alexis has always been really nice.. store always clean and all smiles even if... they are having a bad day themselves. LOVE that they open at 3:30am now for us early risers! Thank you!!! Read more
Love this starbucks! If anyone has a negative comment is because they were being the problem.. seriously come here almost... everyday and usually the first one lol but I've never had one bad experience.. the woman at the window with the short red hair(Ican't think of her name) is the sweetest person ever.. the manager Alexis has always been reasonable and nice. It wasn't a very inviting atmosphere and once I purchased our item I wasn't even told where to get It. Not everyone that comes... in goes all the time. My daughter wanted a cake pop and I just thought it odd to pay, then just step back and wait...and when asmall bag was put at a different counter, wait a moment, wonder if it was ours and then go look, pick it up and go. I mean Iguess I thought it was going to be a fun small trip for my daughter but it just felt unwelcoming. There was one other person inthe store and maybe one car in the drive. At least 4 employees. We placed a mobile order super early and it took them more than 15 minutes to get the order out? Then when we waited inside for... it they complained pretty loudly about having to make our order. Honestly probably the worst experience I've had here. Therewere 4 workers and all of them sat and talked while we waited for the order. Honestly extremely disappointed. We did the mobileorder in hopes to get out quickly but they clearly don't take those seriously. Read more
