Go to a different location. Don't waste your time here with high schoolers who can't even take your order right. I literally... repeated myself TWICE and they repeated it back to me and I said it was correct. Here comes our food except for my food, neveronce got our receipt either so I let them and just for them to say I never ordered that with attitude. I was pretty nice aboutit until they continued the attitude, then I started giving them attitude. Had my fiance go to them and talk to the manager andhe said he didn't take our order it was someone else but felt threatened. We shouldn't have been charged TWICE for grilledcheese sandwiches. Maybe the WORST fast food service I?ve EVER had. My boyfriend and I came here and ordered mozzarella sticks, Buffalo popcorn... chicken with ranch and two drinks? I spoke clearly into the microphone and the person on the other end was rushing me off with,?is that it?? after every item I said. They came out with it and I gave the girl the money, and she handed me the food andwalked away without my change and receipt. I really didn?t care cuz it was less than a dollar but my boyfriend thought that wasodd. I looked in the bag and it was just regular popcorn chicken and so I decided to pull through the drive-thru and explaintheir mistake and also that I had no receipt to show, and they told me to pull forward. When I did, a different woman came outto speak with me and said, ?you ordered the number 8 meal? you want me to go get Buffalo ones?? In a very condescending manner.Shocked, I replied, ?yes, please.? And she grabbed my bag and took it inside, than ran back out the door and asked if it was BBQor Buffalo. Finally she came out with the right thing and said, ?next time order the Buffalo popcorn chicken?, which I did tobegin with. I?ve never felt so patronized in my whole life. We got two blocks before my boyfriend looked at me and said, ?theydidn?t give you back the ranch?? I give and gave up. There?s a subway up the road, recommend that instead. Read more

Went through the drive-through and I could hardly hear the person due to the speaker being broken. I had ordered a oreo... cheesecake shake and in 2 hours after eating it I am now throwing up and sick as can be. Tried to call the location to let themknow so they wouldn't get anyone else sick but no one would answer. I would not recommend going to this location. Read more

Ordered our food and there was too much confusion on a simple order. By the time we got our order we were missing a burger and... when we explain the situation it was as if we were talking Greek. Luckily after the second time of trying to correct the issueusing a different person at the register we received the burger we were missing. Way too much confusion for such an easy order Read more

This Sonic was busy when I went, but I got my order in within seconds after hitting the button and got my meal put fast! I was... very impressed. The meal was perfect nothing was wrong with it plus it was hot and delicious. I recommend this sonic! P.S. youcan never go wrong with the sweet delicious onion rings. Read more

Ordered on the app at 10:30pm and arrived 4 minutes later and they brought it right out. The 1/2 price Tuesday cheeseburger was... hot and tasty. Was supposed to be a single but ended up being a double. Read more

Went here because of the coupons on the app. Have to say their burgers (grilled cheese and classic burger) are among the best... fast food burgers I've ever had. Very warm and juicy. Definitely coming back. Read more

Go to a different location or just a different restaurant altogether. We went there with a mobile order, checked in and said it... was on its way soon after. We waited over 40minutes watching everyone else get their food. We finally pressed the button tocheck on our order and we were told "oh yeah I'll bring it out right now". We got our food which looked thrown in the bag. Thefood was cold and hard. Drinks were melted.No apologies or anything. Thanks Sonic for your amazing service. Read more
