Service very slow today at the drive through. Asked at the window if there was a new chef contributing to the delay but Lady at... the window said no just very busy??? I was the 2nd car in line with a small order and only 3 other cars at the parking. Wantedto get the Broccoli Tots which we have had several times and the ad was still up on the menu and on line. The rep taking the order was kind and nice and repeated the order back correctly. When I got the order it was wrong we ordered... the double cheeseburger two of them and got single cheeseburgers. The customer service person at the window said to keep theburgers and apologize for the incorrect order and that it was on them however the manager came back to the window and took thefood back in the window which I know is a health violation and instead of making the burgers fresh all they did was slap anotherPatty on top of the same Burgers that were already made incorrectly. Place has gone down hill. They always take forever with the food. And it's always the days they have a baby there. How can you... tend to customers and a baby at same time. How do you cook and do the work and also tend to a baby. This place just sucks now. Read more

Can't believe I have to give one star to leave a review they don't even deserve that.... Two days in a row (yesterday and today)... I attempt to order chili cheese tots, fresh tots no salt. Both times the person on the speaker attempts to convince me the totsare pre-salted. As a former employee I know better. They just wanted to use the old tots they have in the bin instead of cookingfresh as requested. Nevermind the fact they are always oversalted to begin with, if I ask for fresh food (which I'm paying for)then I should get fresh food, not something that's sat and held cooking oil for however long it's been there, turning soft nmushy. Incredibly poor service and I can see why the lot sits empty with no customers. Do better and you might actually have adecent google rating along with more business. Read more

Horrible waited 15mins for 2 drinks and tenders. Went home and pulled out one that was bitten! I called the store for a refund... but because we paid through the app they can?t do anything but offered to give us more food as if that solves anything. Not tomention the young man who brought us the food was clearly on something he had to lean on my car to stand up! I don?t normallyleave reviews but this is ridiculous. I will be contacting corporate. The manager tried to Justify the bite as them breakingdown the tenders? I didn?t know you break down tenders with your MOUTH! Read more

I waited over 15 minutes for my food and when I got my burger is was cold. Then when I opened it looked like the picture. The... patty was brunt and crusty like they don't clean the area they cook the burgers on. The lettuce was brown and tomatoes was oldand squishy. So I asked for a replacement and the burger was the same. So I just left and will not go to this Sonic again. Read more
