It didn't matter how many times I repeated myself the order was not correct. The food was warm in spots and cold in others. Our... dogs enjoyed the food for us. Horrible food. Tater tots were not cooked all they way. Grilled cheese was just bread and bacon. The hamburger with green... chilies literally tasted like it sat and was not warm. My daughters chicken tenders didn?t look like it was even chicken justbreading and strings of dried chicken. All around horrible. I wouldn?t eat here even if was free. Melissa Nelson is a very very rude manager she yelled at me and I yelled back at her to not yell at me I'm the customer then she... said your yelling I'm going to yell at you. All because I ordered 31 worth of food and she couldn't break a $100 bill. I askedfor the store managers name and at first she was like I don't know then she gave it to me. This is the slowest fast food place I have ever been to. If you use the app to order be prepared to sit and wait at least 20... minutes. The last 4 times I have been here I had to tell someone I was still waiting for my order ahead order. Last visit ittook 30 minutes to get 2 drinks and they weren't even busy! If you have time to waste then this is a great place. As for meI'll drive the extra 5 minutes to a different place. Read more
NEGATIVE Stars should be an option. My first and last time using online order and last time at this location. Placed an online... order just after 7:30 pm. Saw a commercial for something new that looked good and wanted to give it a try. Got to the locationin less then 10 minutes and did online check in with the stall number I was in. Waited a good 15-20 minutes and my food stillhadn't been brought out. Pressed the button to find out why. Advised I had an online order and gave my name. Employee said myorder would be right out. When it came out I asked why it took so long, she said they don't get notified and don't know when weare there. I advised that there should be some sort of notification on the screen for that. What is the point of online check inif it doesn't do anything. Got home and all of my food was cold and not good. I will never order online again or go back to thislocation. Our drinks had dirt in them! Or whatever it was ????at around 11:40pm from this location I just ordered two dragon fruit Red... Bull slushes for me and my girlfriend. I took my lid off to stir the slush and noticed clumps of brown stuff on the top of thedrink. My girlfriend took the lid off of hers too and hers had the same thing in it too but less than mine.
