This place is a joke! Went there about 11: 30 am on Thursday, 3 other cars there, pressed the red button to order, no... response, press a second time 3 minutes later no response, one last time...nothing. off to Rallys.. we will never go back tothis poorly managed and owed place! The drive thru menu clearly states a "Reese's Peanutbutter cup" blast. I asked for that. The girl said, " we don't really put... Reese's Peanutbutter cups in there because it will break the blade on our machine." I reminded her that it states Reese'sPeanutbutter cups on the menu and shows them on top of a shake on that same menu. She then says,"Well I don't really know what'son the menu but we use Reese's brand peanut butter." So I asked, "So there's no chocolate in the shake?" To which she replied,"right, but if you want chocolate we can add that in for 50 cents extra." Then she said,,"well my manager said we could do itjust this one time." I said, "I'm driving up to the window. I want to talk to the manager." Wgwn I got to the window a younggirl opened the sliding window door and I said, "Are you the manager?" She said, "no." I repeated, "I want to speak with themanager." She slammed the window closed and another young girl opened it and said, "I was the one you were talking to." To whichI said," are you the manager?" She said, "no" then I drove away. I went to another nearby Sonic, order the Reese's Peanutbuttercup shake and ensured there would actually be Reese's Peanutbutter cups IN the shake. Always a long wait at the drive thru window. With cold food at the end of the wait. Screens don't work at the order boards.... Someone has to come out to take your order. Server has to go in for change since the board would not take my debit card and thenI get shorted $10... drive the extra mile and half to the location on McKellips. Read more
If I could give this store no stars then that is what they would get. I placed an order on the app since it said they where open... and nobody is here but 2 cooks and they said they can't do anything. They say they have called managers and no one has shown up.If the app would refund money then I would have gone long before but it doesn't. This isn't the first time this has happenedeither. Broken stalls ? so you get to sit there forever while everyone else orders and you have no clue it?s broken because there?s no... signs and the screen looks completely normal. No apologies, no help. I went to this location and the food was absolutely disgusting. The "all beef" hotdog was a weird color and tasted awful so I... threw it away. I ordered a large fry and there was barely any fries in it. The burgers I ordered tasted old. Just a bigdisappointment and waste of money Read more

Worst experience ever!! Waited in drive thru for over 20 min after placing my order. When I finally got to window I was asked 3... times what I ordered, still had to wait, he had my debit card way to long 2 of the times he ask me again what I ordered Idemanded my card back a d he ignored me.
