Been going every week for the past couple of months. Was pretty good, food is on par with sonic, staff is very friendly. Main... issue is the extraordinary wait times. They've been SEVERELY understaffed lately (1manager, 2employees as far as I can tell) andas such, it takes up to 30-40 minutes to get your order and get out. Would not recommend this location. The perfect example of how a business should not be ran. They close much earlier than the posted time and can't even... consistently close on the earlier time. My order is consistently wrong and I've complained online to corporate. Corporate willoffer you free items that they claim to add to your rewards, but never actually send it. Overall was very worth going, staff is kind and the food portions allow you to commonly have some left over for later once... you've finished your meal. The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 star was due to my food items (when given the ability tocustomize) came out with exactly what I had requested to skip. It also took almost an hour after my pick up time to receive theorder which left myself and my husband sitting in the heat significantly longer than I am able to generally handle. They werebusy and doing their very best, so absolutely nothing against the staff working at the time. It was an issue of too fewemployees for the volume of customers and that's all. Otherwise, overall a stellar experience. Those folks deserve a raise. Read more

Second time in a row my order was wrong. Discovered it wa s missing my kids fries and all the ordered sauces. Drove right back... to get my fries and was told by the manager on duty that she wouldn?t because she needed a paper receipt. I told her I didn?thave it, as it was sitting on my counter at home, but had the email with the time stamp of when it was ordered and all of theitems on the order. She again refused to get my food or even look at the email. She said I ordered my food over an hour ago. It had literally been 8 minutes since we picked up the food, literally 20-25 minutes since we placed the order. Went back hometo get the paper receipt, came back for the third time. Now I was just ignored and never responded to at the stall. Long storyshort, never received the rest of my order. Upon returning home and calling asking for the general manager?s name, this samemanager on duty answered and with her usual bad attitude, reluctantly gave me her general manager?s first name and time hisshift started. She then asked me if I wanted to wait for him.?? I said no, and she responded with ?have a nice day and get offmy lot. I wasn?t even there, as I was in my home at the time I called the location. She is unprofessional, mean, does not belongin customer service in any form. My family will never visit this location again, and I will make sure to let everyone I know tostay away from this location. Read more

OMGosh?WHATEVER YOU DO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME (including your gas) and go to a different SONIC. I waited 55 minutes for food... for my kids. Abby, the other manager and Serenity are by far the absolute rudest people I?ve encountered in a food restaurant.Fun fact: currently waiting for the police office to help get me my money back. They refused to and took my food back. Read more
